My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Lone Star repaired a cold water leak. Very satisfied with the service I received, from the time I got the estimate, till the work was completed. Paul (the technician) did a awesome job, and was very detail from the beginning to the end, left the work area nice and clean. Professional, reasonable pricing, and on-time. Great service! My sprinkler valve had broken and I called HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler and was able to get service right away. I scheduled the service during my lunch hour. They were considerate enough to send two guys out to get the job done for me since I was leaving work to meet them. They were done in less than 1 hour and I was able to return back to work on time. Thank you HEB for your awesome service. Oh and the cost was very reasonable! Moving forward, they will be my sprinkler service.

Scammers- watch out! Especially if you have a home warranty they will try to charge you more than required with your warranty.
