Ken has been my plumber for the past 30+ years. He has replaced my water heater, sinks, and faucets and always brings it all up to code. His work is always excellent and experienced. Tri-Cities Plumbing has been our plumbing company of choice now for the past few years. In fact, they are the only plumbing company we call. They work us in promptly and if it is an emergency, they respond quickly. We have used them for both difficult and minor repairs and have been very pleased. I was very impressed with Ken Smith the owner. There was an issue in several units of the apartments that could not get hot water. Other plumbers came out before and replaced hot water heaters and the problem still existed.

Ken with Tri Cities Plumbing came out and discovered that the hot and cold waterlines in the wall were crossed. After all this time of angry tenants, loss of money the problem was fixed. We’ve been using Tri-cities since we moved to this area 12 years ago. We have never had even one problem with this company! They are on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We bought a brand new house in 2006. Our builder had given us a list of service companies for any issues, including a plumber. That plumber was a joke! Once we found tri-cities, we’ve never called anyone else!

Ken Smith is the most professional plumber I have ever known, and I would recommend him regardless of the job complexity. He is very courteous, shows up on time and explains everything in layman terms.

We've had Ken Smith do several large (and a couple small) jobs over the past few years. Ken is very professional, knows his stuff inside and out, and is up front. He won't be the cheapest, but if you need expertise, I'd certainly recommend Ken and TCPC .
