This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

earlier this year i called bc there was a stoppage in my sink. i told them over the phone and in person to please sign me up for the otterclub and do an inspection before giving me a quote. i left for 30 mins to get the money from bank thinking meanwhile they were doing the plumbing inspection.on my way back the tech calls me with the quote i told him ok did you do the inspection. he said no (wth) i said well can you do it bc i want to sign up for the yearly membership and i get a free inspection.i get to the house and these 2 kids (they were really young maybe 20-25) were outside. i asked have they completed the inspection. they said no bc they were taking a break..i was angry bc my appt was for 230 and i called them at 315 asking if they were going to be coming and they showed up almost at 4 then i tell them at least 3 times in person to do the inspection and i even walked them to all the bathrooms and spigots and plumbing/water access etc just for them not to do it.i said can i at least review your estimate and it was alright but i asked what was the warranty and he said none. i said so im going to spend $600 and you cant even guarantee that it will get unclogged? he said maybe he can get me a 2 wk warranty. then i asked if that included the otterclub discount rate and he said no. omg i felt my day was wasted. i asked them to leave and i did NOT pay the $25 trip fee bc they wasted my day.. on my way out of the house (i dont live there i live 30 mins away) i went to the bathroom bc i smelled something ugly.. mo fuc*ers took a s*it and didnt even flush it.this was very disappointing b/c clearwater was referred to me by a family member. i give them a rating bc my son in law claims they were awesome when they did an inspection at his house. i was really hoping for the same experience.

First company to answer their phone on the morning that my water heater decided to die. Very polite and helpful. Came out in 5 hours and had me taken care of in about 90 minutes. They are now my plumber of record!

Exceptional customer service! Estimate was quick. The service was amazing, fast, and friendly. Sanders plumbing fixed my kitchen sink. The team from sanders plumbing were very knowledgeable. The plumbers here are very honest and straightforward unlike most plumbing places i know. Definitely recommend sanders plumbing.

LS Plumbing was highly recommended by a close friend. They came out as scheduled. Upfront pricing so no surprises. Pricing was high, but based on recommendation I assumed it would be good work, and I was tied up with other things. I asked for an inspection of total system, and let the tech know of a specific issue relayed to me by the seller. He diagnosed the first minor problem he saw and went no further. I asked “That’s all?” and the tech indicted “yes”. I felt confident in their “expertise” and moved forward with installing flooring throughout the house. After move-in we had a major backup and called them back out. They diagnosed a sewer line issue under my living room slab (and brand new floor). The tech’s response was “wish we had known about this a month ago”…..which did nothing to make me feel better about the new flooring having to be taken up at my own expense and the disruption for my family…which again, I wanted to identify and resolve BEFORE moving in. The rest of the work was poorly done and they made two more trips out to try and resolve….which could’ve been caught in the initial call had there been some quality control, or even a simple thorough inspection. I diagnosed on my own that they had installed a part backwards. This was also extremely frustrating as I am NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER, and they missed it TWICE before. The office manager (Mrs. Stinson) genuinely seemed to care about how their company let me down. However, there was very little accountability from Mr. Stinson beyond admitting that the work had been of poor quality.I still have a sewer repair to complete, but I have vacillated between giving them another chance to do good work…and not giving them another penny.Ultimately, they self-selected themselves out. I needed a quote and description of work to turn into my insurance agent for possible claim. After multiple requests (and assurances from them that they would provide) I gave up. I think they were hoping I would go away. And this review will live on the internet forever, which is a shame because nobody is perfect…and they had opportunities to get it right, but they didn’t want to.

Well of course Im going to give them 5 stars. They are the best forget the rest!

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

I had a plumbing emergency and I called Peerless plumbing in Fort Worth, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said they could come right away. The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or any other plumbing job.
