Best Air Conditioning A C in Fort Worth TX

I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

Jordon and Trevon were at my mom Debbie Maddux's house today and did wonderful work repairing a broken outdoor faucet bib. They explained everything in terms she understood, did the job quickly and cleaned up their mess totally. We now have a new plumbing company to add to our list of home service providers.

They have always been prompt, skillful and reasonable priced. I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing or HVAC work on my house.

The tech that can to my house Richard was through and honest about his inspection and what could be done to corrrct my issue with a room far from unit and duct work problems.

They fixed both of my toilets for less than quoted. They are professional, friendly and do quality work. Will definitely use them in the future for other work I need done.

Recently with the cold temps weve had our front outside spigot froze and broke. Needless to say when it thawed water was spraying everywhere. Wilson Home Services was able to come out within an hour, during the late afternoon. They fixed our problem and although this was an emergency call our cost was less than $100. I am glad I called them. I also chose Wilson Home Service because they are a member of The Good Contractors List. Thank you, Wilson!

Eric has been out to my place to replace an outside leaking faucet on short notice before the major Texas ice storm hit and also another time to replace the gas valve on our hot water heater.

Jessica, Chase, and David came out to inspect our plumbing and then install new water heaters and a garbage disposal. They were absolutely phenomenal! Very professional and friendly! Jessica did the inspection and she was able to explain and show me pictures of exactly why we needed new water heaters. She was so sweet and knowledgeable! The very next day, Chase and David were able to come out and do the install! Both Chase and David were incredibly nice and kept me up to date on the install process. Terry Birl was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very patient with with me. I am not familiar with A/C units. He let me watch over his shoulder while he worked and answered all my questions.

Enoch was an outstanding company to work with. They recently replaced two A/C units in our home.

They are very fair with their customers. As an example, a mistake was made during the estimate that cost them about $1,200, and instead of trying to work it back into their contract, they accepted the mistake and absorbed the cost in recognition that it was their mistake to begin with.

Furthermore, their crew was highly professional, courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. If I'm ever in need of their services again, I won't even see a reason to shop other companies. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with their entire staff.

Also water heater flush. He was very polite, very professional, ask if there was anything else we wanted him to look at. He was super nice.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
