Best Drain Cleaning in Fort Wayne IN

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Highly recommend! We had been without AC for 2 months because we were quoted such a high cost by another company. Decided to contact Poormans and their pricing was much more reasonable, they came out first thing and were so kind and went above and beyond! Excellent service!!

A gentleman Stephan came to the rescue for a flooding basement. He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After he augured the toilet downstairs and was ready to leave, city utilities came over to check the sewer drains. Stephan stuck around and when they were finished he tried auguring again in case that would get more. He went above and beyond for customer service and I definitely suggest this company!

Our service technicians Steve G. and Cory B. were both great and excellent to work with. They answered any and all questions I had, even going so far as to add an extra shut-off valve for my fireplace and another junction for a future gas stove while they were putting in new gas piping. They were friendly, dealt with my dogs without problems and were very polite and didn't leave any kind of mess. I would highly recommend Rolf Griffin to anyone looking at getting a furnace installed.Also wanted to add that I had a few companies come out and give me quotes for a furnace install and Tony with Rolf Griffin was the only one who made any mention of whoever had installed the AC in my crawlspace had cut a support joist during the install and that I would also need to get that fixed. No one else also had mentioned this or the fact my crawlspace access needed to be enlarged prior to this install so the fact he gave me all that extra information and made me feel like he actually did a complete assessment prior to giving me the quote was honestly one of the deciding factors on why I ended up going with this company for my install int he first place.

This man knows his stuff! Not only did he go above and beyond explaining the system in my house, but he was the first technician during our 2 year history too show me where my houses filter was. He went through everything, cleaned our AC unit, and made sure I was very informed on how my house operates. He also told me about things that could happen down the line, and what too prepare fpr and possibilities for future replacement. All in all he knows his stuff, and is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable people I've had the pleasure of having in our home. 10 out of 10. Brendon Roodbergen was the Technician I'm referring to.

They gave me a great price and service on a furnace and A/C purchase last year. I'm also a member of their maintenance plan. Jim Hall gave me great advice on my water heater. I wouldn't call any one else.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit.
Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week.
Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning.
Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow.
Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday.
Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away.
Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad.
Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov).
The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me.
The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.
