I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also.

I called and got their residential field foreman Mark out for a bid on a job recently and he was great. Very responsive, respectful, informative, and professional. He really cares about the customer and his work. While I didn't end up going with Hattersley for the job this time, I will certainly be contacting Mark for future work I have planned in the near future.

I was doing a load of laundry in the morning, and then all of a sudden during the drain cycle, my toilet next to the washer was backing up and flooding everything. I called Roto Rooter and they had a technician ( Steve ) out within 2 hours! My house did not have an obvious clean out valve for accessing the pipe to the main, so he explored the possibilities prior to starting the work. He then explained the options and benefits of locating and/or installing the cleanout for future obstructions that may occur. He then concluded the best course of action was to go in through the toilet, so he removed the toilet and had the obstruction cleared out within the hour and then cleaned up and had the toilet re-installed just as fast. I was very happy with the outcome and also the insights he provided. I would use Roto Rooter again with no hesitation.

I called Four Brothers Plumbing on a Saturday ,they responded on Sunday and waived the weekend fee because they responded the next day. They came and installed a new water heater, they ran into venting issues. I had to call in a chimney person to look at the ductwork. They took the time to talk to the chimney
company to figure out the best solution. They came installed a new water heater that works great. They are professional, they care about their work in your home, go the extra mile, and want to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them!

Horrible!!! Will never us or recommend to anyone!!!! There is so much miscommunication, one know what's going on!!! I had a drain plugged up, I told the person that I made the appointment with there was 2 inches of water in the basement. the next appointment available wouldn't be till 4 o'clock next day, never saying that they wouldn't work in the water. The plumber showed up at 4 and said he wouldn't go in the basement till the water was removed! He called other company to pump out the water. Kortes left and I called A1 sewer, they were here in a half hour, got the job done in 20 minutes... That why I will never us Kortes again! Oh by the way Kortes still changed me a service call...

They showed up and took care of raw sewage backing up into my house at a very affordable price. I'm only writing this review because my roots have grown back and I need to call them again. Great service.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
