House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I called the office at 12:35pm on a Friday to help with a clogged drain tile, got a call back from their technician at 12:44pm, and he was at my house by 12:55pm same day. Cody was helpful, professional and friendly. He had the problem solved in about 15-20 minutes from arriving on site and saved me from spending another 4 hours digging. That's less than an hour from initial call to problem solved; thank you!

Experts on plumbing systems from old pre-war to new systems and equipment. Flexible and understanding people. Waited for me before closing the shop to make sure I had what I needed so I wouldn't spend the weekend not being able to shower and, more than that, show me an easy way fix an issue.

Had the Drain Doc out for a clogged tub. They were able to come in the evening to ensure we were back to normal for our night time/morning routines. Incredibly helpful, responsive and even taught me a little about the system and how it works so that I could identify/avoid problems in the future. Would absolutely recommend for any of the services they offer. Customer service was second to none!

I had an emergency today with my sump pump and the company I normally use was too busy to come look at it. I called Night and Day and they were here within an hour. I was really impressed with their quick response, experienced plumber, and reasonable price. The plumber did high quality work and explained to me the logic behind his choices of materials, methods, etc. They will be my first phone call next time.

To me take that was great service! . Early I had been turned down by three other companies ( one I had a service agreement with ) We take for granted when we shower, wash clothes, use the toliet until the system stops working. )I thank the Affordable Sewer & Plumbing staff so much . It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
