House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Scheduled work on a Sunday for Monday afternoon. They could not give me a definite time which was understandable. They didn’t call me till 8 pm to then tell me they could not get to me until 10pm. Horrible communication.

Best services and the issue was fixed even though it was in short notice. And they checked in the next day to see if everything works fine.

The guys who come out to do maintenance and repairs on my heating and AC are always very nice and informative. For the six years I have lived at my house I have always called them when I have had a problem and they have always done a wonderful job! I highly recommend Summers.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit.
Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week.
Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning.
Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow.
Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday.
Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away.
Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad.
Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov).
The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me.
The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

1. They came when they said they would. Great sign.
2. They were very polite and friendly. Another great sign.
3. They actually took on the challenge of repairing a problem that another plumbing company didn't feel like messing with.
4. They went out of their way to get parts they needed and finished the same day. Actually within the hour.
5.They gave me straight up honest answers with no hesitation on every question I had.
6. The cost was realistic and fair.
All in all it was a comfortable experience with no unexpected issues and carried out very professionally.
Having the 4 Brothers Plumbing Company do your plumbing is a smart choice.

Neal went above and beyond during his service call to our home. Very knowledgeable and honest in his assessment. Super nice guy and very helpful. Besides his plumbing help, I'd have the guy over for dinner! He was fun to have at the house and shared few laughs while we were elbow deep in sewer water!

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
