THE TECH DOUG WAS ALSO VERY PROFESIONAL, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & EXPEDIENT IN GETTING OUR FURNACE WORKING PROPERLY !!! THANK YOU NORTHEAST MECHANICAL SERVICE & YOUR GREAT STAFF!!

Mark and Ron were professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and what I still need to do. Got the roots out of my sewer and unclogged my bathroom. They showed up on time, were efficient and I would definitely have them do more work at my home

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Thank you to Steve! Y'all took charge and had my furnace back up lickety split!! Almost forgot to thank Branden! Good job fellas! Giving us that warm fuzzy feeling!! God Bless MJM! Off to a great new year!!😆

It is obvious that they take pride in their work! I appreciate their time, service, and expertise!

Our A/C unit was out for at least 2 weeks. Another service provider had told us it needed a compressor and it would be at least 4-8 weeks for the new part. Called Poorman's and their service tech, Tom, took the unit apart and discovered the compressor was unplugged. All is working now!!

FYI they do not get into small crawl spaces, even though I got in there to lay plastic and cardboard down for them. Took a half of a day off of work to be there for the repair only for Tony to tell me he is claustrophobic and he couldn’t do the repair.

As always, excellent professional service, beyond expectations!!

Matthew BergHe called with his ETA, showed up as scheduled, gave me a ballpark idea how long it should take. Did the maintenance on my HVAC, explained what he did, (not that I understood it all 🤣.) Was courteous and to the best of my knowledge, I shouldn't have any worries over the winter.

Cody Bennett did a great job on this AC maintenance. Friendly and knowledgeable, he took care of all our concerns. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Plumbing Services several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied. I managed to clog my kitchen sink/garbage disposal and Chad was able to work me in his schedule while he was in my area so it was fixed the next morning. He's honest, professional and friendly. Will continue to use Plumbing Services whenever necessary in the future.
