Poorman’s Heating and Air has worked diligently to solve the heating and cooling needs of our church working with us and our budget. Recently techs Mitch and John hit it out of the park removing an old gigantic air handler and furnace installing new furnaces, duct work and vents through a small opening in the ceiling. Great job! I had an emergency and everyone from start to finish was amazing. Ben evaluated my furnace and deemed it to be hazardous. He shut everything down and then brought me space heaters to keep us warm. Then Nate thoroughly went through my options as to a new furnace and made sure to get me the best one for my home. Finally, Chad and Hunter came to do the install-what wonderful technicians. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable!! I will definitely recommend this business to friends!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
