We felt they were very affordable for all we got. We had a couple mishaps happened while they were on project and they fixed it with no fuss or problems . Great bunch of guys to work with . Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Replacing a fill valve on a toilet. Had a Mansfield fill valve. They recommended a Fluid Master to be more reliable and just a bit more cost than the repair kit for the Mansfield fill valve. Works well.

I have used MJM Mechanical multiple times. I usually don’t leave a review but I have to say this company goes above and beyond every time! I called them the last time because my furnace wasn’t working and their technician was amazing! He was thorough and very detail oriented and walked me through all of my options. I’ve never had a company go so far to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s nice to have a company that puts a customer first in our town! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Chad sat down and started making calls to various manufacturers until he found someone who could identify my water heater with the information I had. He was able to have the exact part I needed delivered the following day. Great doing business with you.

They did an awesome job replacing two outdoor spigots that were old & leaking. Our water main shutoff wouldn't close completely and needed replaced, they coordinated the shutoff so that the repair could be done, as well as getting the city back out to turn on the water after the shutoff was repaired. Very fair price on all the work as well, thanks for a job well done!

Called Roth Griffin in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. Our technician Durville was friendly and professional. Explained everything to us and we were very happy with the service that we received. Would definitely recommend Rolf Griffin and will use them again.
