Absolutely disgusted by the customer service provided here. I will NEVER return or refer anybody here. The gentlemen on the phone was unbelievably rude and it blew my mind that he has any customers at all. Should be extremely ashamed. Need to review your employees and if it was the owner I was speaking to, perhaps hire somebody with a little respect to the people paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars to you.

If you are interested in getting unfriendly, unprofessional, unethical service you found the right company for you! Just call them up and watch as they completely rip you off. Enjoy the show!

Worst customer service I have ever received. I have been playing phone tag for over two weeks and my AC is still not fixed

Was paired with Derheimer from my home warranty company. Bruce answered my calls or gave me a call back and was polite and honest every time. The tech came and fixed the blower motor on our furnace. Took him only about an hour and he was very friendly. Great experience and would use them in the future.

They do a great job. Priced fairly, and they clean up great at the end of every job. Very polite and well mannered employees.

I was so nervous looking at reviews, but I’m impressed!! I used them through home Warranty program as well. They called me back in a timely manner and they were out at the house in a couple days. The employee was a very nice guy!

We used this company through our home warranty program on two separate occasions - responsive (less than 24 hour communication), friendly, and quick to come out and address/fix the problem. Not really understanding all the negative reviews, but we had two positive experiences!

This plumbing company was dispatched by my home warranty company after I submitted a request for work on my water heater. Two very kind and professional gentlemen arrived, and they listened to my description of the issues very courteously. The were both VERY thorough and VERY professional as they troubleshooted and ultimately repaired the water heater with some new parts. I quickly decided that not only will I exclusively use this company in the future for all plumbing work, I will also tell all of my co-workers and friends about my exceptional experience with Derheimer Plumbing & Heating, as I'm certain they will also be pleasantly surprised. These are the BEST plumbers in Fort Wayne!

I dont know how someone could give this company a bad rating. I have used them for almost 17 years. They are prompt and courteous. They come out on Sundays, in the evening and don't even charge extra.

Thank you Derheimer Plumbing & Heating for always responding to our last minute needs - this time it was a furnace on the fritz during these subzero temps! We've been using them for almost 30 years and my mother-in-law even longer! Great group!

They did a great job at my house on plumbing and they also worked on my roof a bit sealing up a vent pipe. The price was fair and the workmanship was good.

This company was to do a repair for my home warranty company. They never called to schedule an appointment within the required timeframe of 24 hours. They finally left a message after 9pm. They never answer the phone when I tried calling back several times or when my warranty company tried calling. When the warranty company finally talked to them they LIED and said I had cancelled the service call. I will never use this company and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
