Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

I had a busted pipe in my garage they came out fixed the pipe for a couple hundred. I also had an issue with water backing up into our lower level bathroom and they replaced a sump pump and advised me that I might need a check valve for my main sewer line. They recommended a company and were very helpful and honest as well as very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with their service and will be calling them again if I need work done.

Out with the old & in with the new...that is exactly what Caleb, Cody & Chris did for my A/C unit. My unit was extremely old & they worked hard to replace it with a new unit. I was very pleased with their work ethic & they kept me informed about what they were doing. Summers will be out to do a complete duct cleaning and we should be breathing better this summer. Thanks for doing a great job. These guys were grest!

I was having some issues with my water heater and needed it checked out. These guys gave me a list of options to replace and repair it. I decided on replacing it with a tankless heater. Best decision ever, I have unlimited hot water! Best part is, I didn't have to wait weeks, it was next day service. They have my recommendation.

The Service was excellent, my Service Technician (Leo Gardner) was very experienced and guided me through some decisions that had to be made. He put in additional coolant while I was waiting for the replacement indoor unit to arrive. My Split AC Unit was replaced and installed according to my Warranty. I trust Korte and their experienced Technicians. Thank you so much 😊.

Shane and Chris were great! They were both professional, straightforward, and funny too. They are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to any/everyone.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
