My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

Was looking for honest, trustworthy company to provide maintenance for my A/C and furnace. Signed up for maintenance plan, and was very pleased with their first visit. Doug was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions. Definitely happy I chose to go with Northeast Mechanical!

They responded promptly to my late night emergency and were very professional and very friendly I would highly recommend them to anybody.
I called 13 emergency plumbers and A Hattersley were the only company who answered the phone and helped me.

Luis was professional and personable. He was on time and did a very thorough job. He was knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to service our air conditioner, as well as our furnace! He even brought our empty garbage can in when he arrived!

I had a thermostat that was wired for a bigger system and Branden hadaway helped me get a new thermostat rated for my system and wire it up that way I can have heat! I live in wyoming were it gets very windy and cold and on vacation took time to help me with my system! Great service!

Met with Seth to discuss options and pricing for a new Heating and AC system. Came to an agreement on price and got in the loop for installation. Seth and technicians , Kegan and Tyler, showed-up bright and early on a Monday morning. By the end of an almost 90 deg. day, my house was once again cool and liveable. The installers attention to detail and workmanship was impeccable. I would highly recommend Poormans for any mechanical issues one might encounter.

I live out in the sticks and I am used to my faucets developing iron build up which in turn degrades the water pressure. Generally once a year I have to tear them apart, clean them, and reassemble them. That didn't happen this time. Three (3) hours into a 45 minute job and failing to find the leak i finally threw the towel in. Of course, this couldn't have happened M-F, but rather on Saturday and the evening was fast approaching.I finally decided to call around for an emergency plumber and it was evident no one wanted to come assist me until I spoke with Korte. The emergency weekend oncall operator took my information down and informed me a tech would be contacting me soon. Within 6 minutes Mike Y of Korte contacted me and asked me what the problem was. I'm sure this was a typical complaint for Mike, but he showed empathy and was attentive, polite, and professional during the entire call. Near the end of the call, Mike informed me he was currently at a customer's residence, and had another customer in line of me. I apologized for having to call him out on a weekend. But instead of brushing me off, Mike ended the call with a very assuring statement don't worry, I'll be there. That's what I'm here for.Mike arrived earlier than expected which was great. I met him in the drive and the first thing he did was introduce himself and a hand shake. (And I thought proper introductions were nearly dead in this day and age.) Mike asked me about the problem I was having and requested for me to show him. Mike went right to work. (Mind you I'm sure my 'work' didn't help and most likely hindered him, but he never complained on any level) As Mike was trouble shooting my problem, he asked a few basic questions. What I thought was going to turn into a major overhaul, Mike discovered the issue and made the repair on the spot. Though it was pushing past 6pm, I asked Mike for a quote on some additional work. With pleasure he spent the extra time and provided me with a professional listing of what he would do and why.What I thought was going to take hours, Mike turned into minutes. He has a calming attitude and showed pride in his work. Mike provided an exemplary professional disposition during the entire experience. I asked Mike for his supervisors name which he immediately provided me Ray A. I informed Mike Mr. A will be getting a call from me because it should be noted how well Mike conducted himself as a representative of Korte. Though im not looking forward to spending more money, I am looking forward to seeing Mike again to complete the work I requested.Thank you again Mike, keep up the great work sir!!Eric

They are far cheaper than most places, and the guy that came out wasn't going to leave until it was finished. I thought they were great.
