Best Furnace in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

A great crew with positive attitude. Dave (owner) had agreed to run a gas line for me while they were here to upgrade the furnace. It turned out to be a more difficult job than expected and required an unexpected second visit. To his credit, Dave stuck to his original quote, they got it done and did a solid job and we're happy with the new furnace and gas stove. Every one of these guys - Tom, Josh, Ian, Mikai - are great to work with and they are the only guys I'll call for HVAC and related service.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue in my house, I know I can call Mark and he will respond right away. He takes care of the problem and I never need to worry about whether it was done right or if the problem was resolved. Reliable. Dependable. Knowledgeable. Why call anyone else?

Mike was very polite and helpful and gave my unit a thorough check and cleaning after I called because of a strange smell I had coming from my unit when kicking on. He explained what he was doing and showed me everything he had concerns about.I purchased a carbon monoxide monitor as Mike explained the importance of one especially with my older unit. Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

They did an awesome job replacing two outdoor spigots that were old & leaking. Our water main shutoff wouldn't close completely and needed replaced, they coordinated the shutoff so that the repair could be done, as well as getting the city back out to turn on the water after the shutoff was repaired. Very fair price on all the work as well, thanks for a job well done!

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling help locate an underground leak within our property. They were very easy to deal with and fixed the problem promptly. Would gladly use them again.
