House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.

I cannot thank MJM enough! AC went out in a 7 year old home and I had several companies come out. Many of them wanted to replace the entire system to make more money. I knew this was BS, and that's when somebody recommended MJM Mechanical. First off, John replied right away after contacting them (and it was at night). This was the ONLY company that checked whether my parts were still under warranty (which they were). Just a few days after coming out to look at the AC and receiving the parts, they had it fixed within a few hours. Thank you for your honesty, quick responses, and knowledge. I typically do not leave reviews, but this company deserves it and I put their business card in my utility room. Good job guys! :)

I had an maintain agreement with Rolf Griffin for years. I was told at their last visit that it would cost over 4k for a repair., but suggested that I replace the entire system with their Advanced program. I got a second opinion from Poormans, and my repair cost was $570. Mike was the technician that was sent out, and he had us back up and running right away. He was very professional, but most of all he was honest. Thanks Mike we appreciate it all. BLESSINGS!

Got right out and fixed the problem

I called A. Hattersley based on a recommendation from a friend at church. I spoke with Mark Hollenbaugh over the phone and explained that I thought I had a water leak. Mark called me in the evening (7:15 pm) and spoke with me for 45 minutes. He came out and looked at the area I suspected had a leak. No leak!!! But he took the time to do a walk through my home and discovered a few other small issues that I had that I didn't even know about. Mark and Ricky came to my home today and completed all the work under the supervision of my two cats..LOL. All this work was done while I was at work and everything was cleaned up when I got home. I have never met Mark in person. We've spoken several times on the phones and he truly cares about his clients. Especially his clients who are widows, like I am.
The cost of the repairs were a bit steep but I had a lot done so that was to be expected.
This company has been around for a long time. A nice family-owned company.

I was very impressed with the customer service! When I called to schedule my appointment the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and kind. I was also very happily surprised when I got a phone call letting me know the technician was on his way. He came right at the beginning of my 2 hour time frame which was so nice. Also, he was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and was very nice and helpful.

I had a busted pipe in my garage they came out fixed the pipe for a couple hundred. I also had an issue with water backing up into our lower level bathroom and they replaced a sump pump and advised me that I might need a check valve for my main sewer line. They recommended a company and were very helpful and honest as well as very reasonably priced. I'm very happy with their service and will be calling them again if I need work done.

Had our routine fall service today and was performed by Atilano Casiano, first time he has been at our house. He was courteous, professional in his demeanor, did the job well and in a timely fashion. He was friendly and cleaned up the work area before he left. I could ask for nothing more. Please feel free to send him back again.

Just to let everyone know, when this company tells you the fee is $125. That is only paying for their drive time to your driveway. They then have minimum fee of $225 for any work done in a kitchen or bathroom. Dave was at the house less than 30 minutes and the bill was $350. I will never use them again.

Guys were great. Job took 5 minutes to assess, and was completed in another 5 minutes. We'll just call this a learning experience. Grossly over priced for the work required. Hate these flat rate schemes.
