House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

I'm a new home owner and absolutely panicked when I discovered a leak. I was really worried about the cost. I called several other places before calling Northside, and they were the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called them. They got out here within a few hours, had it fixed fast, and the price was less than I expected. I will never call anyone else. Thanks, guys!

I had an maintain agreement with Rolf Griffin for years. I was told at their last visit that it would cost over 4k for a repair., but suggested that I replace the entire system with their Advanced program. I got a second opinion from Poormans, and my repair cost was $570. Mike was the technician that was sent out, and he had us back up and running right away. He was very professional, but most of all he was honest. Thanks Mike we appreciate it all. BLESSINGS!

I would give less stars if I could. This company showed up, started the job, and then left without finishing or communicating with me that there was a problem. They began work on a public right-of-way without a permit and have yet to resolve this issue with the ROW department. After calling several times over the course of the morning and receiving no answer, Josh finally returned my call. He was incredibly rude and confrontational and demamded full payment up front before he would consent to finish the job. I refused his services.

I can't say enough about the service!!! Austin C. explained everything about what the unit needed, informed me about cleaning the unit yearly, and the benefits of this. I've used two different companies for my yearly upkeep for my HVAC and this was the first time a technician actually showed me and did the work needed! Never going back to the other companies!!!!

Mark was contacted to assess our damages and came out the very same day, although it wasn't even an emergency. He was polite, professional and very thorough on his assessment of damages. He repaired our problem and we were back in business the very next day!

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

They were able to come out on a holiday weekend and quickly take care of our problem. I will call them next time!

I highly recommend W.C. Borchelt & Sons. I was very pleased by the entire process from the initial visit, to the finished product. During the initial visit, I had made several requests of items I wanted covered in the work. When I received my quote for the work, each item was listed in detail. The larger chain company I used as my competitive quote did not take a single note of any of my specific requests saying the installer will worry about that. This made it clear from the start I would be in better care with W.C. Borchelt & Sons. Now that my AC unit, furnace, and water heater have all been replaced, I am extremely happy with the quality of work. All of the staff was extremely respectful and helpful throughout the entire installation.

They are far cheaper than most places, and the guy that came out wasn't going to leave until it was finished. I thought they were great.

Austin and Giles came to my home to correct alot of waterheater issues that i had with my waterheater andthrough their expertise and skill mission was accomplished and I was blown away by their craftmanship and due diligence.Thank you so much guys
