Best Ductless Systems Repair in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

We recently installed a water softener that was not producing soft water right away. I was skeptical on which company to call but once I read the reviews on Hattersley I immediately called. Mark is very personable, professional and explained what was going on in layman's terms which is important to me since I don't know a lot about water softeners and plumbing. My well water pressure tank flooded my basement the day before Thanksgiving. I pumped my basement and picked up a new tank. Called these guys and they had the new one installed that day. They also had to change out some old pipes. They were super professional and polite. Will use them in the future.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.
