My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

This was my first time using this business. They were prompt about returning my call and arrived when they said they would.

Technicians experienced, knowledgable, on time and very helpful plus willing to explain what/why they are doing at a good value. We would recommend Poorman's Heating and Air.

Wanted to thank the nice folks at Sheets Central Air for another great spring inspection of my house ac system - Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. Also, wanted to thank the nice office folks, Paig, Anita and Jamie. Wanted to add a follow up - the weather was unseasonable chilly last Friday, so Tyler came back today to check the level of the R22 refrigerant – and did add additional R22 – But for me, it impressive to see a company and employee care about their customers as Sheets Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. Great to do business with a locally owned company with great employees like Tyler.

Going through a large remodel we have dealt with multiple contractors and subs--It has been a process finding ones that we trust and provide good work. Mark and everyone at A Hattersley have exceeded expectations at every turn. Not only are the professional, meet every deadline, have great communication but the quality of work is unmatched. My only regret is that they weren't the first plumbing company we called.

Maintenance Heat Pump

Kyler Bebee was an outstanding technician. We had an issue with our Air Conditioning system, and he diagnosed the issue within a very short period of time. He then fixed the faulty component. He was very knowledgable and professional. We hope to have Kyler for all our future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Summers was able to come out same day and diagnose my furnaces issue and repair it. I'd definitely recommend them. I appreciate the quick response.

I had several issues. I called into the office twice to ask question and was told the plumber would give me a call back. I never received a call from anyone which in return I did not purchase the correct items I needed to. They also rescheduled my appointment without asking or calling to let me know. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times. I finally told them to just cancel my appointment that I would not do further business with them. I certainly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Out $99 AND NO WORK WAS DONE!

I own a rental Property In Fort Wayne and live out of town.
I called Korte who says they do it all. I ask them to come and Fix a Toilet that would not stop running. I was assuming that it was just the Boober or Flapper that was bad and needed replace. The service is call was $99 for the Tech to come out...this is where the catch is.
Other pluming companies were $150 call which cover the 1st hour; and then the would charge you for Parts. Boober and Flaps are anywhere from $6 to $30 so I should have been around $129 on the High side to replace the flap. We'll once Korte was out there they said the flap replace is a extra $108 on top of the $99 service call. They proceeded to say that everything is piece mill, I said sorry I'm not interested in getting ripped off today and that I was going to review them. Kory said that he didn't care because the get enough reviews that one would not hurt.

I would stay clear of this company.

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.
