I called during the middle of the heat wave and Mr Lynch came out that day and fixed my air conditioner. Amazing service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any repair or installation that you are contemplating.

This is the best plumbing, heating and A/C company in Fort Wayne: they do everything plumbing. drain, heating, A/C and electrical.. The residential tech I had was Mark, he is honest, reliable and dependable. He bends over backwards to find a solution he goes above and beyond what is required of him. He is very polite he answers all my questions without making me feel stupid because I don’t know much about plumbing and heating but he takes the time to explain so that I know what’s going on. If there is a problem he gives me options . He is upfront about the costs there are no hidden charges. I have dealt with other companies similar to this in the past and this is by far the best one that I have ever found and Mark is the best tech that has ever worked on my equipment. Always a good experience when we have used W C Borchelt & Sons. They text before they come and that's nice for if they are running late so I don't leave work too soon to meet them.

I reached out online this morning about scheduling service, after about 20 minutes I had a rep call me to set the appointment. They worked around my schedule and Aron showed up right after I had gotten home. He was super nice and professional and showed me what I needed to know about my system and we talked about future services. I’d highly recommend HCE if all their technicians are as great as Aron is. If he’s free, request him even. He’ll treat you right.

This is a great company. I live an hour away and have had nothing but exceptional service all the way in Goshen. They installed a new furnace in our new home in 2016. They were one of the only contractors that passed inspection the first time. We could not be happier. Josh and his team are the real deal.

We had Poormans replace our AC condensers and they did a phenomenal job and were extremely responsive. The same day we called they had someone out to inspect our system and within a week we were back up and running. 100% recommend Poormans to anyone requiring a timely, quality repair/replacement on their heating or AC.

Wanted to thank the nice folks at Sheets Central Air for another great spring inspection of my house ac system - Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. Also, wanted to thank the nice office folks, Paig, Anita and Jamie. Wanted to add a follow up - the weather was unseasonable chilly last Friday, so Tyler came back today to check the level of the R22 refrigerant – and did add additional R22 – But for me, it impressive to see a company and employee care about their customers as Sheets Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. Great to do business with a locally owned company with great employees like Tyler.

Zach and Michael are some of the hardest working and most polite customers i have. They give Summers plumbing and heating a very good reputation. Definitely assets to the company.

Ryan services the generator. He is knowledgable, professional, very informative (explained all maintenance that was completed) and kind. Highly recommended! Ask for Ryan specifically, you won’t be disappointed.

Love T&T Heating and Plumbing. They came out and worked on my sewage line today. Quick and efficient. Checked to make sure it didn't leak after work was completed. I will continue to call them with all the great work they do.
