Best A/C System Maintenance in El Paso TX

We contacted the business near the end of the day and was provided an estimate over the phone. The next day we were given a detailed estimate via email and advised that they would complete the job that day. Close to the end of the day they had not reached via, phone, text OR Email. We called to follow-up and were told it needed to be moved to the next day, in the morning. We picked up the parts they said we needed to assist with efficiency in completion of the job. It was after 10am the next day and we Again heard nothing from them on approximate start time.When we called to get start/completion time they said ASAP because they were busy. We advised we wouldn't need their services, we have a family, our time is valuable and non communication does not work for us. Due to the reviews on their business I am sure once they arrived they would do a good job. I ended up going with another local company that provided est. time for arrival/ completion, notice when they ran into a delay, detailed quote to include ALL supplies needed, a good price And no family member making rude comments and hanging up on us because we Expect good consistent communication. We were asked not to post this review because it is unprofessional and would hurt their business. I believe that when choosing a service provider its best to know all the pros and cons.

Hands down an extremely awesome business! They helped in an emergency situation, let alone a holiday!! Jimmy was very professional and informative. He definitely saved our holiday in our new home.

I recently started having trouble with my Samsung dryer. I used to have the matching washer, but that gave out within a month and was a nightmare to get repaired and eventually replaced. I was hesitant to call because of previous experience with another company not having parts and having to wait. I must say that’s I am absolutely pleased with the service that I received from El Paso Appliance Repair. From the moment I called the staff was extremely attentive. The tech, George S. arrived within the predetermined time window, was very respectful, and got straight to work, in and out within an hour. I will be calling them for any future maintenance needs and would highly recommend to anyone that may be in need of such service. Also, the tech noticed my AC was not working and offered to help, unfortunately I had already called another tech, however, if I am not pleased I will not hesitate to call EPAR. I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. Customer is a crucial element of business success. Every contact your customers have with your business is an opportunity for you to improve your reputation with them and increase the likelihood of further sales.

Mechanical Technologies of El Paso failed to satisfied me (the customer). I purchased two Refrigerated Air split unit for my home. I paid cash, the checks were cashed and deposit in their company account and I have been getting the Run Around by the company staff.

On May 13, 2014, Mechanical Technologies contractor were supposed to clean the air ducks, replaced the vents, and balance the air, however, they arrived at the house at 9 am instead of the scheduled time of 8 am. According to the contractor in charge he stated that they were instructed to attended a company meeting. That day the work was not finished because the work was to be completed by noon, and since they arrived late they weren’t able to complete the duck work.

That afternoon the El Paso City Inspector arrived to inspect the installation of the Refrigerated Airs, he inspected the units and found deficiencies that needs to be fix. Before the inspector departed my home he told me that he was going to RED TAG the units. Mechanical Technologies Office Staff was informed and they send a Company Supervisor over to my house. I explained the deficiencies to him and he promised to have someone on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at noon to fix them. I also talked to the Mechanical Technologies Contractor for the duck work, and we agreed to have the work done on May 17, 2014, also at noon.

On May 17, 2014, at 11:30 am, I called the Mechanical Technologies Office Staff to verified and confirmed that the contractors were going to be here at noon. The receptions told me that she will call me back. At 12:30 pm I decided to call back because, no one had call. The staff in the office told me that the vent contractor was on his way over and that the deficiencies would not be able to be done today, because the supervisor that came over to my house is no longer with the company and they did not have a crew.

I am most annoyed that I wasted an afternoon. My impression of your Company has been tarnished. Finally, I got tired of waiting and of the Run Around in at 1:00 pm I called your staff office and I told them to cancelled the work for today. And for them to have the Manager In Charge call me on Monday, so we could scheduled these appointments AGAIN.

I trust this is not the way Mechanical Technologies wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

Never got a call back call. The job went to someone else.

Ok so first off this company goes by
Multiple names and the only reason I know how to get ahold of them
Is they have texted me and so I direct text when I need something. They respond efficiently though. They have serviced my tankless water heater under sharp but my AC under anchor. So….not sure if you will be able to find them- however they do a good job and they expeditiously helped me when the AC failed and it was 106 outside. Prices seem reasonable.
