Best Water Systems in El Paso TX

I recently posted a review on El Paso Appliance Repair and I gave them 1 star only because the issue was not resolved. I fault myself for not reaching back out to the company, if I did I would have known that the company has a warranty on their work for 90 days after the issue. Since my review El Paso Appliance Repair went above and beyond to fix the issue. I am all about customer service in which this company was superb in that area and with that being said I will be more than happy to refer this company and I would be a returning customer if need be. After this experience I chose to edit my review and give them what they deserve stars. Thank you El Paso Appliance Repair, George you are amazing keep the great work going!

Left voice mail they never responded. Stop one of their trucks two guys just sitting Round corner from my house. They told me call for appointments. When I finally reached someone, she was very snotty and told me to call for leak inspection first. I told her, I was referred by a friend bc Jeff's could find the leak. She wouldn't schedule appointment. Had problems solved through another Plumber.

We've struggled for over a year to find a reputable and knowledgeable hvac company to fix our heating issues with our Carrier system. After spending close to 1k no one was able to fix it. So after several terrible experiences with other hvac companies we called Barrett. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They sent Chad and he was so professional, explained each step, didn't rush through the job and even offered to return right away if it shut down. It did shut down but he returned right away and dug further into the unit and found the problem. He showed us pictures and we're so pleased now that we know what was the problem and that it got fixed. We highly recommend them and even signed up for the maintenance plan so our unit will be serviced by them 2 x year.

They installed a new A/C system. All the technicians were very professional and worked very hard.
Their office staff was also very helpful.

Anchor Air which is Arthur, Jacob, Rudy and his brother are great. They came to my house and got me taken care of ASAP. They’re out there in 105 degree temp busting their butts getting my system installed. I not only recommend them to anyone, I’m in the Real Estate business and have already got them more customers. You can’t find good people to do good work, but these people deny the odds. By the way, after getting my system installed, I got a call from one of the big box stores that I asked for a quote. The callback was 1 week later after I got my system installed.

I am in Ohio and my mom in El Paso called me yesterday and said she was losing so much water in an hour the water company shut off her water as a courtesy because her bill was over $600. I searched for plumbers in the northeast and gave my mom New Age's phone number.
She called me today and said someone immediately came out to her house to inspect and make sure it was not inside. The next day at 9am they were back at her house, located the pipe with the hole, and were able to fix in within a few hours.
My mom was so pleased, and so impressed with their service AND she said their price was extremely reasonable. Thank you, New Age, for taking care of my mom when she is so far away from me!

Cesar Mendoza from Choice Plumbing arrived on time and completed installing our new water heater. He even came on a Sunday. He did a fantastic job. He also corrected problems that were done from past installations. Thank you!

I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as David and this company! We had a leak in our home and our plumber recommend the American Leak. David scheduled us at 1pm the next day and even called our plumber to meet him at our home. The next morning(10am) we get a call(not from David) that we are late to our 10am appointment. I explained that our appointment was not until one and we made arrangements with our work to be there at one. The guy said he would return later that day around 2. My wife called David to see what happened and to verify the new appointment and was told that he would not be able to do the job that day. We have two small kids and no water so my wife begged him to try to fit us in that day. He refused, said he is not going to do the job anymore and hung up on my wife. So if you want someone professional who actually shows up to the job dont call these guys. Call Roto Rooter or just about anyone else.
