They got here quickly, fixed the leak cleaned up everything. Very professional!!

Waited all day for them to show up. When they arrived it was 2 teenage kids doing the job and their “manager” was their dad. They used my tools to do the “job” and they couldn’t even figure out how to put anything back. They “found” a leak behind my wall and when we tore the wall up there was no leak. They will not refund my money at all and all they say is they will come and look. They’re also running under different names for services and didn’t mention that they do no refunds when called. Also they only take cash or cash app. Don’t ever call them for help. Save your money, they are a joke and just scam people.

As a consumer, I have the right to know what I am paying for and to try to get the best price for the products & services I spend my hard earned cash on. Apparently Sunrise Plumbing feels otherwise. My retired parents had used this company for over 35 years and Sunrise replaced the swamp cooler, the furnace and the last hot water heater in this house so I had them give me an estimate for a new hot water heater, and also set up an appt for them to service the A/C. I was advised over the phone it would be $1500.00 for the hot water heater install. When I hesitated Carmen advised me that she had held up ‘the schedule’ to work me in for both jobs at the same time... I thanked her for her consideration. We scheduled a date and I was promptly asked how I would be paying. After speaking to my sister & a neighbor I wondered why the charge was so high as it was almost twice the cost either of them had paid. I made another call to Sunrise a couple of days later and asked for a breakdown of the charges as it was never provided, she did so but it required a call back on her part. I called Sunrise on the morning of the install NOT to cancel or ask if they were still coming (they were late but that was not my concern), I called to see if I could possibly get a better price and I told her I liked the work they did, which I do. I SPECIFICALLY told her NOT to cancel my appt & to make sure they come out because I needed the work done regardless. It required another call back from her to get an answer to my last question and 15 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house I was told by Carmen:
1. No price reduction... I replied okay (I still needed hot water...)
2. No appt.... she/they cancelled it! She said “I sent the guys out to do other work instead because you seem unsure”.
3. I was also told that “I should go find someone else to do the work cheaper but to make sure they pulled a permit”. Yes, she actually said that to me...WOW.

I have over 30 years of great internal and external customer service experience. I have successfully built lasting relationships at every company I have ever worked for. NEVER have I seen such blatant, disrespectful, deplorable and unprofessional behavior from a BUSINESS. Her/their response to a simple yes or no question was uncalled for and spiteful, to say the least. Good luck with that attitude...

I just bought a house and used this company to perform part of the property inspectios. I was so pleased with Phil's service, he performed the plumbing video inspection and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was always on time, very friendly and provided written reports in a timely manner. I totally recommended this company!

We have used their services for many years now. Every time they’ve had fast and friendly service and get the job done. I ask “can this be done?” The answer “for me” has always been yes. Clogged toilet, toilet installation, kitchen sink installation, sewage line camera and quote. Every time the price that’s quoted surprises me with how fair they’re. Thank you!

If you’re like me and read reviews before I call anyone for a job read no further. I’m very lazy and don’t write reviews but always read them. I thought it was only fair and give them credit for all the hard work. Excuse me while I use our new toilet. LOL

Called to request service for a clogged sink after other N E plumbers did not show up or respond to my service request. Cesar told me that he could respond the same day. He arrived in a timely manner and proceeded to resolve the issue in a professional manner at a fair price.

Ridiculously expensive , $120 just to come out in the evening. This does not cover any work,parts, labor. Found a guy locally that does everything Roto does for half the price.

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair, in my opinion. I remember he asked me if I was the owner of my building. Perhaps he thought Charge her more; she can write it off as a rental expense.
