Very professional and on top of it! I called several places and they had the best deals with the highest rating. They notify you constantly if they are going to be a little late or when your appointment is. The phone receptionist is very sweet and so is the repairman. Overall, great business and great rates! Anchor Air which is Arthur, Jacob, Rudy and his brother are great. They came to my house and got me taken care of ASAP. They’re out there in 105 degree temp busting their butts getting my system installed. I not only recommend them to anyone, I’m in the Real Estate business and have already got them more customers. You can’t find good people to do good work, but these people deny the odds. By the way, after getting my system installed, I got a call from one of the big box stores that I asked for a quote. The callback was 1 week later after I got my system installed.

Rudy found the problem the builder left behind. Rudy worked fast and
quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had that problem for 3 years and tired of dealing with other plumbers and the builder thank goodness, issue is fixed. Rudy is highly experienced because other companies had tried to fix my plumbing problems and failed. The builder couldn’t even figure out the plumbing problem.

I will definitely recommend him anytime.

Dispatch was responsive in accommodating my schedule. The bill was pricier than I had anticipated but the plumber was professional and got the project done. We got our clogged drain cleaned for $475.

Scheduled an appointment with PRONTO plumbers a week in advance. Called me HALF AN HOUR before the appointment to RESCHEDULE. I had taken a day off already. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not offer to reschedule. She hung up on me and kept saying that they have personal issues and customers don’t understand. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
