Great experience, once again. This visit was for the installation of a water regulator. On my initial issue/visit, I was made aware of the high water pressure I had and how it was putting stress on my pipes. Thank you all again for everything.

Called the number listed on their Google page. The person answers at an alternate location with a lot of background noise. I asked the person if he could go somewhere else bc I couldn't hear him. He tells me he is at a car wash. Takes down my address and phone number, and tell mes that someone will be here within an hour and a half. 3 hours pass and I call back the same number. The same guy answers and I informed him that have been waiting for 3 hours asks for my address and asks me if I was sure that I had called today bc he has nothing booked for me. At that point I thanked him for wasting my time and hung up the phone. This place really needs to get their stuff together.

They went beyond and above, and work efficiently and quickly so that I didn't have to wait for a specific part that my heater needed. My home is warm! And my family is happy! If I could give a zero I would, worst company I’ve dealt with. Called the owner and he wouldn’t answer and when he finally did he kept interrupting me so i told him to let me finish he laughed at me and hung up on me as well. I called back and he said I was being ridiculous and that I was yelling when I clearly wasn’t, before the call it says calls are recorded so Arturo you can pull up the call and listen to it. Problem is that air is hot not cool and they messed up with the electrical so back lights go on and off. I told him I have two little ones and it’s too hot for them. Arturo I work in customer service and I know for a fact this is not how you deal with your customers even if you are the owner that doesn’t give you authority to laugh or hang up. Have more respect for your customers and accept your mistakes and fix them instead of acting immature and hanging up.
