We have been using Carrboro Plumbing for 2 years now, and they are, hands down, the best contractor we've ever worked with. The service level is unparalleled and the workmanship is better than any other plumber we've ever worked with (by far). The team is responsive and fast, and you can really tell that this is a family-run business. Chris, Emily, and Linda typically get back to me within a few hours for standard things; they get back to me ASAP when it's an emergency. And we've had a bunch of the team out for projects and they're all top notch. Jeff and Corey are the two we've worked with most and the quality of their work is incredible. We've never had any issues. I'm always so impressed with how much they hustle, too. On projects where they charge hourly, they make really efficient use of time. They're definitely trying to add the most value for the homeowner. I feel like finding a good plumber is critical to being a homeowner. I do handy things around the house, but I leave plumbing to the pros. And this team is consummately professional. I recommend them to everybody who needs a plumber, and I feel very lucky that I found them.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

They were reasonably priced and professional. This is my second time using Full Stack and will call them again in the future.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! They were prompt and responsive; our garbage disposal was unplugged and the plumber identified the issue right away and did not charge a service fee. He was also very personable and sweet with our baby and bulldog! Will absolutely call again with future issues.

Will was super friendly and found my problem fast! He replaced my water pressure regulator, which had failed, and it has immediately addressed my crummy water pressure. A great experience all around!

Booked an appointment for estimate on a hot water heater several days in advance. Was given a date and time from from 4:00 to 6:00. A text had been sent several days to confirm appointment so I was expecting service and drove back home from another state to meet that deadline. At 6:00 I called and dispatch replied they were delayed...by 7:15 till no call or update to situation. When calling back they asked if I wanted to reschedule. No Thank you. Poor service
