STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, WHAT A RIP OFF!!
I contacted Carrbor plumbing because it had very good reviews, big mistake. Although the technician was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, I truly feel I got over charged. When a customer is asking how much something will cost, then the expectation is that you are giving an accurate estimate. I was told that because of part of my job was unique it was uncertain how many hours it would take but I was given an a worst case scenario of 4 hours I was told the cost would be $600.00. Well the job only took 2 1/2 hours but because of parts that were used my bill was over the estimated amount. If I'm asking for a cost I expect that parts are a part of that estimate. If the plumber has been in this trade for any amount of time he should be able to estimate parts, fairly close at least. Also, the parts mark up was ridiculously high, over double what it would cost to buy them at home depot. The technician also claimed that he changed an aerator on the bathroom sink (because it was corroded) which is absolutely false as I just changed that aerator 2 or 3 months ago with free ones I got from a Duke Energy program. I will never use this company again.

They came out and replaced my Sewer Cap. Sam Wagner did the job and was very quick and was very professional and great to deal with! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We have had several services done by the CDK Team and all have been great. They are very easy to work with. They show up on time and explain everything that they recommend being done.

Team did the best job to diagnose the issue and recommend work to correct the action. Note I had 3 plumbers look at the issue and only Out the Door Plumbing was able to recommend a sound permanent fix. Communication was excellent and they worked with my insurance company to help smooth out the process of quotes and coordination with a restoration company to do the replacement work. Open discussion with straight forward recommendations.

Josh is the best plumber I have ever worked with. I needed a complete tear out and renovation of my master bathroom, and I feel very fortunate to have had Josh in charge of this project. Josh is professional and polite, and helps get the best prices on parts. He is very thorough and pays attention to every detail. He takes great pride in his work, and the final results were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing for high quality and reasonable prices. I will definitely call on Josh for all my future plumbing needs.

Ryan's service was exemplary. He provided all the information we needed to replace the old crumbling water heater with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

Sparrow was scheduled for between 2 and 4. At 4 I got a call that they were running late that they would be another hour or so. Since I had other plans, I asked to reschedule. Michael Sparrow told me if I did not let them come that day, it would be a week or more. I told this was unacceptable saying it was their fault I had used them many times and they should come the next day. Michael was rather belligerent even claiming they had a good rep in the area and inviting me to go elsewhere which I finally did.

Hillsborough Plumbing has been my go to for many years. This is a great company to work with, very thorough and fair.

Acme representative gave us detailed estimates for updating our plumbing and plumbing related systems for our whole house.

Ryan Disorbo was AMAZING!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and just a great personality all the way around. He did the job quickly and left absolutely no mess! I would definitely recommend him and Roto-Rooter! The price was excellent too!
