I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Great job ! They were on time, had to install a much narrower waste removal drain and were very fair on the price. Originally scheduled for Monday they had an emergency so rescheduled to Tuesday and gave us a 10% discount on the final bill!

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

Reagan and his team performed quality work and did all that they promised. Crew size was ample and team works well together.My unit was located at the upper floor with many steps and a big hill—none complained. Lastly, my floors were covered and they left all areas clean.

Our technician Wayne,#3112, was absolutely excellent. we had a blocked toilet and water backing up from the washer. This was the third plumber we had out to the house, and nothing had ever been fixed. He explained everything to us, gave us a free estimate, and then proceeded with the work necessary to clear the lines. He ended up finding out that we had a septic tank, that we never knew we had. Had he not investigated after clearing the line, we would have ended up with huge and costly repairs. We were able to get a septic company out to empty our tank, and cant thank him or your company enough for his help and appreciate how thorough he was! I would recommend him and this company to every one, and all future needs we may have we will only call Roto Router! thank you

They came out the same day and cleaned out a backup from the main sewer cleanout to under the house. They fixed the problem and I would have given them a higher rating except for what they were charging ($375+tax) for 15 minutes of work. Next time I will rent a snake and DIY.

They got our disposal working again quickly and gave good instructions on how to keep it working well.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
