I was contacted by Plumb Serve using Yelp! and The next day they came and checked out all the issues we were having in our bathrooms. The following week they were able to get in here and the job was a lot bigger than expected as we have an older home and they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. It was supposed to be a couple hour job which turned into a over 12 hour job. They took care of us as if we were family and made the process very smooth. We had to have both showers fixed, new water shutoff also fix a leak on an outside spigot.

We will definitely be using them again and I suggest that anyone that comes across their name to give them a call. They are family run small business and they take care of you the same.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We called Roto Rooter to come to unclog a floor drain in our business. I asked when I called what the price was for the service call and was told that they didn't know how much until the service tech arrived. I had already searched other agencies and knew it was about $200-$225 for a drain snaking. The tech quoted me $500 to do the work which was double what others were charging. Since the tech was not on time, there was not enough time to call anyone else. The tech also told me that he was hitting something hard in the line and had to really work it the line to get it free. I asked if he had broken anything while forcing the snake and he said he wasn't sure but he could get the camera tech to come and look. I said I wasn't interested to pay another fee, which he said was free, then said the tech couldn't get past the pea trap with the camera.I feel like I was overcharge and Roto Rooter could have given me an idea on the phone instead of holding me over a barrel to get this service done at the last minute.

I would highly recommend PK Plumbing! From booking to servicing everyone was very polite, prompt and friendly. The plumber that came out was honest and helpful. I wasn’t aware of an issue and he explained it to me in terms I could understand. Would definitely use them again!!

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

I called Whaley Plumbing about a problem I was having with my drainage system. After asking a couple of questions, John gave me a diagnosis over the phone along with instructions on how to determine if the issue was my responsibility or the city's responsibility. With his help, I was quickly able to isolate the problem. Rather than paying for a visit, I was able to get the issue resolved by the city at no cost. I will certainly be using Whaley Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Roto-Rooter in Raleigh NC never disappoints. The technical service is excellent - I know the problem, the options, and the estimated cost right away, and the issue is resolved on the same day. There's no second trip at an additional cost to me. The senior discount is much appreciated. With respect to customer service, it's great - easy access to a human being to schedule an appointment, and up-to-date information on the technician's arrival time. This is the best plumber ever- and I've tried many.

Never showed to do the job even after confirming twice, would no longer answer the phone after he was 2 hours late. If I could give no stars I would. Don't call them if you need anything done promptly.

Trash trash trash. Came out diagnosed my HVAC then stopped returning calls to the warranty company. Had to get another company involved to clean up their mess. Bunch of lazy and unprofessional folks

Contacted Shaun C Wednesday evening. Technicians were at my house 1st thing Thursday after my basement was pumped out.(26000 gallons of water) Replaced my sump pump and fixed the boiler before 2pm. Outstanding service at a great price.They have my business!Thank you Brown Brothers!Lane Thurmond

They installed a new HVAC in 2018 and did an adequate job. Today they came out to diagnose an issue with the air handler blower motor not running properly. It was still under warranty according to the quote I signed which had a five-year parts warranty on the inside air handler and ten-years on the outside condenser. The technician was very professional and friendly. He determined the capacitor for the blower motor was weak and needed to be replaced. He quoted a warranty replacement price of $226, which was for labor basically. The capacitor itself probably costs around $15 so they are charging over $200 for five minutes' worth of labor to unplug the old capacitor and plug a new one back in. That's in addition to the $89 service call, which he said covers testing of the unit, although he admitted it wouldn't be worth testing the outside condenser and refrigerant levels since the fan was not operating properly on the inside. I understand they are in business to make money but charging such an outrageous price for a simple repair for a customer who has spent money with them on a new system before is unacceptable. I will know who NOT to call for any future HVAC business and I recommend you stay away from them as well.
