Took a while just to get an appointment. Called, and the woman asked me to call back and leave a message, because she was driving. OK, no problem - distracted driving is bad. I left the message, but didn't hear anything from them, so I called them back. Spoke to a different gentleman, and he put me on the schedule. The day of the 9 AM appointment comes, and I wait until 10:30 and call them back. They didn't have me on the schedule at all. When I asked why I should try to reschedule with them, given their poor performance so far, she mumbled something about being on vacation last week and that the person who arranged for the appointment doesn't normally do that. I actually gave her a chance to sell me on the company, but instead, she only offered excuses. No thanks. I'll find someone else, and you should too...

Don't waste your time with them. They're very very busy. I asked the lady what day she could send someone out to mark my septic lines and she said I don't know.. I asked her when do you think you'd be able to know? And again she said I don't know. Just go with another company.

Matt did a great job! A very helpful a knowledgeable. I would use Bobby Davis Septic Pumping service again in the future. Matt suggested that I have a riser system to eliminate digging in the future. I would suggest that to anyone that has an older septic tank that is more than 2 feet down. Get a riser kit!

Davis pumped our tank as agreed, but they tore up our walkway and lawn. We showed them exactly where to dig and they threw dirt and gravel everywhere. They left the dirt in mounds, and didn't put the gravel back. When we called them about it, we were told they just dig. We now have to pay someone to repair the extensive damage the did to our property. Beware of this unscrupulous company.

I had a major problem with my septic field after a large rain storm. I called another company first and was given the run-around (its long story).
Then I called Bobby Davis Septic. I told the person on the phone what my issue was. They scheduled an appointment for me the next day. The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the repair team, letting me know they were on the way and should arrive in 30 min.
Once on seen they quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work on the repair.
As the repairs were ongoing they walked me through the issues found and what was being done to correct the problem. They also made quite a few adjustment to my system to correct other issues I didn't realize I had.
Very professional crew from start to finish, and a fair price. I will use Bobby Davis septic for my future needs.

Our subdivision negotiated with this company for a group rate if they had a certain number of home-owners. I told the driver I didn't need my tank pumped as we just had that done last year. I shared that we did have some standing water and he suggested that it may be a clogged filter. He literally took 5 minutes to check the filter and then charged $125. The whole time he was saying that Bobby Davis doesn't need my money but still continued to charge me for 5 minutes. I would understand a trip charge if I had called them and made an appointment, but they showed up at my door. Either way I won't ever be calling them.

(Update) I called and spoke with the owner and he is supposedly ripping up the check.

I read review of this company and decided I would request an estimate from them. I filled out the online request for estimate. Then I called the following day when I never heard from them. Was told they hadn't looked at their emails. Would forward my information and I would get a call by the weekend. I was okay with this. So most of Saturday was over and No one ever called me to set a time to give an estimate. I try to use family businesses local. They simply never called me.

I contacted Bobby Davis after a lift septic tank pump failed, installed in my house to carry sewage to the main city line. Initially they just came out to manually pump / clean the lift septic tank, and explained me why I need a pump. Did all the testing and installed a new pump. The price was higher than others, but when I had the issue again the next day after installation, they sent a crew back out immediately to fix it. Overall, my issue has not occurred again.. and they did the job right! thats important .. even if you pay more considering how important this is from day to day perspective. will recommend them again.

Top-notch customer service when I called. Guys that came out were very nice. Answered all our questions. Helped us with the filter in our septic so we would have a way to get it out to clean it ourselves between pumping. Would definitely use them again. Price is reasonable also.

We had septic lines moved to accommodate a new swimming pool. (pretty large project) Bobby's team both in the office and the field were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this team for any septic needs. If Brandon is on the job consider yourself fortunate! I will call them again should I have any future needs.

I've watched my fair share of septic tanks being pumped over the decades. Its not always a simple pump out as many people think. Tanks form huge solid chunks, grease layers, soap buildup, non biodegradable objects end up plugging the pump hose, years of neglect etc. The gentleman from Bobby Davis that showed up to pump my tank knew all the tricks for handling all the various issues that can be encountered and stayed with it until it was pumped and cleaned properly. If a jobs worth doing its worth doing right and Bobby Davis he delivered for the price quoted. Very satisfied.

I waited for almost a month for another company to come out and repair a suspected supply line separation. I searched, read reviews, and decided to give Bobby Davis Septic Service a call. I'm very glad I did! The next afternoon a technician called, stopped by, and in five minutes they found the problem, a coupling separated. Another ten minutes and the problem was fixed. I only have a small dirt patch in my yard, otherwise, you would never know anyone was there. The gentleman that stopped by was very friendly and explained how he would proceed. I really regret waiting as long as I did to call Bobby Davis Septic, their response time was great, they were very professional, and the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to others. They will certainly be the one I call for any future jobs like that.

I used Bobby Davis Plumbing to clean our septic tank back 2016. They did such a great job that I called again to get our neighborhood in on a discounted deal. I had worked out a deal with Tammy, but then she did not return my calls for over 2 days. I ended up going with another company and we now have over 20 people set up for next week. Hoping there were no illness issues, but it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. I'm sorry I could not give them the business this time but they still deserve 4 stars!

Wow. Horrible customer service. Did not show up for 9am appointment to inspect my tank. I waited 20 minutes and called; had to leave a voicemail. After two more calls and 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone who said “he’s finishing up another job”. No apology until I said it would have been nice to get a heads-up. Said tech would call me with an ETA. Thirty minutes later (1 hour 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time!) I still hadn’t heard ANYTHING, so I called and canceled; AGAIN, NO APOLOGY! Is this really how you want to do business?

Bobby was very late on the install. He continued to say he would come one day, and not come for several days after that. When his employees came to do the install, they did not have the information they needed to do the work, which was information collected by another one of his employees. I consistently asked when the work would be done so that I could be there to oversee, and was never told. All the work was done when I was not present. Bobby's communication left much to be desired.

Needed to have old septic tank pumped and abandoned because it had been replaced by city sewer service. Bobby Davis Jr employees were very accommodating in scheduling the service and coordinating with the city inspector. Terry did an excellent job clearing dirt from over the septic tank, and using the Bobcat to lift the tank lids for pumping, then for smashing the tank, clearing out all debris and dirt, and refilling the hole with broken concrete and dirt. He then ordered delivery of more dirt to completely fill the hole and, with the Bobcat, leveled the area and compressed the filled ground cavity. The job was completed the same day. And, the price was very reasonable. Glad we chose Bobby Davis Jr, and thanks, Terry.

I was in an emergency situation last Friday and needed help within hours as my pump had died and my septic system was overflowing. I called Bobby and despite it being late in the day Friday and all his crews were out on jobs not within 20 miles of me, he found a way to divert one of his best guys, Terry, from a construction job, drive all the way out to my place within 2 hours of my call. Terry found my issue (bad board), repaired it, got the pump going again, charged me a reasonable fee (I'd paid 2x for a similar issue years before), gave me advice on how to keep my system running optimally, and scheduled a pump date within a few days (it had been 5+ years). These guys must get calls like mine every day, but I felt like Bobby had a genuine sense of urgency and empathy for my situation. He cared that I had a real problem and he juggled around his business to make sure my emergency was solved. I highly recommend this company.

They worked hard to clean out the tank as it had not been pumped in many years. It was a hot day and they had to work extra hard to remove the sludge but they were polite and hard working. They patiently answered my questions as I figured it was a good time to learn about septic systems from people that know them. Price was fair.

Had another septic company do an inspection and recommended a super expensive replacement when it was nothing more than a pumping and filter replacement needed. Saved me thousands of dollars. Also had them do an inspection for a rental property and was very satisfied. Was given a time window when they would be there, and they were running behind, called the office and Tammy and Christy were very apologetic and assured me the guys were on the way. Things happen, and many factors dictate delays, but they showed up, took care of my problems.

Great experience! Needed a port installed in my distribution box for my septic system and it was done within an hour plus while the work was being performed the crew found that the septic tank risers were not sealed properly and they offered to seal those with hydraulic cement for a small additional fee. Great job and will definitely be using Bobby Davis Septic in the future.

Beware these folks - called to see if they could help with a septic issue, and the woman on the phone said she'd look into what they could do and give me a call back. We never agreed on anything or any service. Next thing I know a few hours late someone shows up at the house ready to pump our septic tank, but I'd already found someone who came out sooner. Now she's asking for a $150 service fee from me because she left a voicemail that she thinks counts as an agreement of services. For future notice: you don't tell someone you'll get back to them, then just send a truck without speaking to the person and expect to get paid for it.

Oh - and she hung up on me while we were talking on the phone. I spoke with 10 different septic tank technicians yesterday when we had our issue and these folks were by far the most unprofessional. Will certainly be avoiding them in the future with any septic issues.
