I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Very professional wearing a mask. The response time to an after hours emergency was phenomenal. The knowledge and service was so much better than plumbers used in the past. They will be my first and only choice for plumbing needs going forward.

We had to have our bathroom and shower faucets repaired, and Ryan, from Dr. Drain, as always, did a great job. He helped us get the expensive parts needed for the repair sent, free, from Moen, under warranty, as we were the original homeowners. We wouldn't have known this warranty protection was available, much less how to go about applying for it. He did all the work for us. When the parts came in, he did a beautiful job installing the new faucet components and at a reasonable price. We have used this company for years, and the plumbers they send out are inevitably polite, professional, willing to explain repairs in detail, and ever consistent in steering us away from unnecessary repairs. Dr. Drain has a highly competent team with integrity that is hard to match these days. I very highly recommend them.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. We had a wonderful experience with Roto -Rooter. Jack was our technician and was very polite from the time he got to our house and the time he left. Before he got started he answered questions we had about our broken garbage disposal. Then Jack proceeded to go through the steps of exactly what the cost would be to fix our garbage disposal as well as how he was going to fix and what parts he was going to use. It did not take long to replace our garbage disposal and there was no mess left behind. Jack was very professional and friendly. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. We definitely will recommend Roto-Rooter to our friends as well as use them again in the future if need be!

I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Prompt. Courteous. Honest. Reasonable prices. We cannot thank Josh enough for his determination in finding what was blocking the master bathroom toilet. After using a manual auger and then a motorized auger he went under the house to the crawlspace to try and find the blockage. Still no luck, but he did not give up! He went to the store to purchase a balloon to use with a hose to force pressure into the line. He said the one he had was old and he didn't want to take a chance and have it burst in the line. IT WORKED! We appreciate the fact that Josh cared enough about our plumbing and went to the store to get a new part. It would have been easier to use what he had on hand.

This is the second time using Jones Plumbing. The first time we had a leak in the water line from our gas water heater which Josh fixed in under an hour. We give each visit gets five stars! THANK YOU to Josh and Jones Plumbing!!

We had air coming into our home, but it was not cooling...instantly we knew it must've needed freon (or coolant/refrigerant). *Note: I am not as much of an expert with HVAC as I am with plumbing, but I just knew that sitting in a hot house with my mom and 8yr. old child with temperatures averaging in the upper 90s+ was NOT happening.

At any rate, after multiple failed attempts to find someone (ANYONE) who would come out without a week or more of a wait list as well as insane price quotes for diagnostic tests and lot of other unnecessary fees before getting to the pricey cost of refilling the A/C unit with the material that makes the air cool, the Lord sent us the sweet receptionist (hate I can't think of her name), followed by a return call from Robert, ending with Alex. PRAISE THE LORD!!!

Not only did these 3 individuals arrange for us to have air, they did it within a 24 hour window...the day after one of the busiest holidays -the 4th of July! They were professional, Robert was honest about time windows and costs, and Alex was efficient and thorough with his work on our unit -which, by the way, didn't even seem to take but 30 to 45 mins. My mom, daughter, and I can't begin to tell you how ECSTATIC and gracious we were for the Piedmont Metro team...and might I add, the house is now so cool, we actually had to bring out blankets! Ha ha ha...no, we just raised the temperature a bit. But, all in all, we will NEVER go to another big chain HVAC company or our sorry a** insurance company [AmHS] again.

After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!
