I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Highly recommend Lane Plumbing. I called after discovering a leak in our water heater and spoke to the owner Mr. Lane himself. He had his staff call me the same afternoon to get us on the schedule for a new install the next morning. Believe the great reviews, excellent company!

We went through Angi and Streamline was recommended as one of their vetted plumbing companies. Steven came out and was great. He was professional and was able to repair the outside faucets alleviating the need to replace them. He suggested moving the shutoff valve to the garage from under the house which will be great. We also had a water filter system installed which will improve water quality and eliminate any problems with chlorine in the system.While under the house, hen brought to our attention a pool of water caused by a crack in the sewer line coming from an upstairs bathroom. Will have them come back and replace it. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

I had this company give me a couple of estimates and ultimately had them do some work on my water treatment system. On the plus side, one of the plumbers and the office personnel were initially friendly, helpful, and responsive. On the other hand, the prices were at the high end. And now the reason for the poor rating... I couldn't get enough pressure from my well. They suggested a unique solution that apparently worked for someone else. I went with it for $600. Didn't fix the problem. Ultimately I got another company to come in and they explained why this solution would not work at all. The valve and very small tank they installed kept cycling my well pump on and off every time any amount of water was drawn. I provided detailed feedback in a polite lengthy email to the company. I primarily wanted them to avoid doing this for someone else. I also did ask for them to consider some type of refund. I followed up with emails and calls and never got a reply. Eventually I gave up. Even with no refund, a thanks for the feedback would have gone a long way. I do not recommend.

I had my main water shut off valve fail on a weekend afternoon with three kids and three pets in the house! My husband was repairing a minor leak in the kid’s bathroom and once the water was shut off to complete the repair, it wouldn’t come back on. Needless to say, Drain Express was extremely responsive, and sent someone out within the hour! On a Sunday! The technician that responded was polite, professional and worked quickly to restore our valve. I am impressed and very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness I received from this company. I would definitely recommend anyone else needing some repairs done (emergency or not) to use Drain Express. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

When they couldn't get to the work in time they got right back to me and gave me a referral to another plumber that could-- very professional.

They replaced our HVAC system and we are very happy with the process. We reached out to a few companies and were overwhelmed by the options. David explained everything we need to know and gave us updates throughout the install. Jessica was also very helpful with booking an billing questions!

Recent interaction with Sparrow and Sons was a total waste of time and money. Asked them to put in a new kitchen faucet. First serviceman came out and looked over the situation. After much wrangling with the company, I finally got the specs and bought the correct faucet at Lowes. When the second serviceman came out to install it, he tells me that he can't do it because I have mobile home plumbing! His advice: Just let it leak. So I had to return faucet to Lowes and got absolutely nothing. Why didn't the first serviceman tell me that Sparrow Co. doesn't do plumbing in mobile homes?? I paid $95 for the first visit, but then they had the nerve to bill for the second visit. Only because the receptionist was very nice, do I give them one star.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

The tech was very knowledgeable. He was very easy to understand. He gave us options about our problem, and resolutions. A very people person for sure. Great personality!

Great experience and super fast. Our sump pump was broken and a lot of water in our crawl space from all the rain this winter. We also had a very clogged shower. Jose and the other plumber were super fast, very respectful of our home (always wiped mud off and wore boot covers before coming inside), wore masks and kept proper social distancing. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable, and they accept credit cards or checks for payment.

I called the main number at 1:45pm, and by 4:30pm everything was fixed, installed and cleaned up. Jose did a great job going over everything that they did, and double checked that we were happy with everything before they left. Will not hesitate to use Jayk's again!
