inquired about having a clog issue with in the first week of moving into an older (new to us) home. understood the process of the diag charge for them to come out & that they waive it if you have a service done. what i did not expect, was to be told after an hour of trying to unclog our lines, that it would be at least $750 to unclog the line and then be told that their hydrojetter was down for maintenance. to then be up-charged another $400 for the larger drain machine the still could not solve our issue. They did not offer to come back once their jetter was up & running, and also charged a $25 credit card fee that showed in receipt but was not expressed up front, in which case we could have just written them a check to avoid. very expensive and disappointing. had to have Faison Plumbing Plus come out with their jetter and actually fix our problem for another ~$400. we need several thousands of dollars worth of old plumbing replaced and we will not be using this company.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We had a pipe in one of our bathrooms spring a pretty bad leak and couldn’t get the main off. They were out here ASAP and fixed the problem for an incredibly reasonable price. They will definitely get my business again.

Fixed our A/C and it was amazing having a company that could solve all three potential issues (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) on our side; when our HVAC initially went down, I hired separate HVAC and electrical contractors which was expensive, inconvenient, and led to finger pointing. Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Would I hire Lane Plumbing in the future - you bet...in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!!!

My experience with ARS was both good and bad. The first tech Alfredo, I feel he tried to rip me off. He said I had a bad TX Valve and the price would be $1,104 to replace it. After fifteen minutes of looking around. I do not believe he knew what he was doing. I said to him I have not even lived here a year. And the AC unit was under warranty for two years. I was then told only the parts were covered for a year from the time of installation. Really ?... No one at the office had a clue what was going on. Except Laura she kept on top of everything and kept me informed of the part that needed to be ordered and when it would be to install. Turns out it is a common defect with the TX Valve. I had to spend two nights in a hotel because the heat was unbearable. Then a new technician came. MIKE what a great guy professional and courteous. He was here for over four hours, burning up inside the house and outside in the sun. He did not complain once and did not leave until the job was done. Great job Mike! Glad to know there are still a few honest people in the world.

I had an appointment for service in < 24 hours. Repair was made in about 20 minutes and price was adjusted to match the scope of work done. I will definitely use again if needed
