She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. I had a leaky disposal so I called Jimmy Lane. He had Jerry and Jerry out within a day. They diagnosed the problem and had the disposal replaced in about an hour. They cleaned up, took the old unit and were on their way to the next call. It was that simple. I always try to use mom and pop operations. Contacted ARS rescue rooter of Durham to have them fix the heater that stopped working. I got a quote for $2700 to repair. I thought it was too high. I ended up replacing the pressure sensor for less than $30 dollars myself in less than 10 minutes!!! I posted my experience on Nextdoor and I was so surprised to have a huge response with people saying basically they had the same experience or they just want you to buy a new one instead of fixing it. Stay away from ARS.
