I started replacing a sink faucet and saw immediately that because of where the bottom of the faucet was situated it was going to be a nightmare job. Called Pipetechs and they had someone out that day. Raul came in and took over for me. It took him awhile to get the old one out but he was incredibly patient and gave me some tips about my counter top while he was here. Price was very reasonable. Definitely will use again.

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. The technician was efficient and helpful. They were helpful and prompt. They provided an appointment time during initial contact and was punctual to keep that time. They were truly a blessing and if I have any future plumbing needs they will be the first company I will call.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Great staff

We had cabinet damage where a water heater leaked. Ed K. was the technician to come and do repairs. He did an amazing job and the cabinet looks better than the original. Ed was very polite and professional. We will certainly use Mr. Handyman again.

A&L were recommended to me by a neighbor years ago and I used them for labor intensive outdoor job tracking down clog and installing new clean out and drainage pipe in yard. Professional and reasonable. Recommended in turn to several friends and neighbors.
