I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

They make sure the job is done correctly and don’t take any short cuts. The owner Norman has worked with us and was very understanding. We were very happy especially with the plumbing supervisor Michael. He told us he has 40 plus years of experience and boy does it show! Michael and Efran really got us out of a jam. We had a bad situation here with 2 toddlers at home and a bad leak of a kitchen pipe and it turns out we had a clog as well. With their expertise and hard work by the end of the day I had running water and access to my kitchen again. I would highly recommend this plumbing company!
