David is great! He’s done multiple jobs at our house and is always punctual, professional and his prices are reasonable. He also guarantees his work which is reassuring. The work he has done for us has always been as quoted or less than the quote which shows his integrity and honesty! He has come to our house promptly for emergencies too. Can’t recommend David enough!

Really great company to work with. I was nervous about going with a company that I know nothing about but PlumbServe is great. They scheduled me right away, they told me exactly how much it would cost before they did the work and they actually helped educate me a little about plumbing and what to watch out for so I don't have a problem in the future. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Josh B was friendly, informative, and very efficient. At our request he lowered the speed of the air handler a bit so it isn't so noisey when running. He also checked the outside compressor unit to make sure the pressure in the lines was as prescribed.

From beginning to completion, these folks were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of the work was exceptional and done with expertise as well as with care. Pricing was competitive and quite fair.

Pros:- They installed a new water heater within 24 hour notice and it seems to be quality work to my untrained eyeCons:- Upon arrival, the plumber told us it would take about 3-4 hours to complete. It took over 7 hours, which isn’t a big deal, but the water was shut off to the house for 6+ of those hours, including while he was out getting the new water heater and eating lunch. We had to run to the store and buy bottled water so we had something to drink…- He was extremely condescending any time I asked a question about the job- He didn’t install insulation that came with the new water heater.- He didn’t clean up his work area at all. There was trash in the crawl space and on my driveway. He even asked me to burn the box that the new water heater came in, and I was in such disbelief that I agreed.- He left the water heater at our curb, saying Durham county would pick it up for free, which it turns out they don’t service our area, so I had to call several providers to try to get someone to haul it away.

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. The 800Plumber and Air team did an excellent job on doing a HVAC repair and replacing a toilet for me. David checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your HVAC or Plumbing.

Reagan and Mike were polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They repaired our toilet and replaced our kitchen faucet in less than 2 hours; actually arriving ahead of schedule. Extremely happy with their service. Will definitely use them again!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
