Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Theron did a great job of replacing a water pressure regulator and overflow bladder for the house. Pressure was too high causing leaks in the bathrooms that leaked down to first floor bedroom. Gave me several options for repairs explaining all, but not pushing any solutions. He let me decide how to handle. He was very curteous and made good suggestions. I decided to sign up for yearly service contract bc I was impressed with the work he did.

Brown Brothers has done a number of things for us, large and small. I think they’re great. They do the work well, and efficiently. We’ve never needed them to come back and fix what they’ve already fixed. Their prices are in line with everyone else, and they NEVER EVER try to sell us anything! They come and fix what we need fixed and then they leave. We love them! And twice we have had emergencies and they’ve arrived within three hours! I wouldn’t use anyone else.
