I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We called several plumbers to do a pressure check required by Dominion Energy. Full Stack was quick to respond and scheduled within a few hours. They completed the pressure check, explained the findings and did fix a faucet and shower repair. We are very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

He was sure to call me prior to departing to provide details of the maintenance and provide useful information for the current status on my equipment and it’s components. The service guy was very polite and informed us of potential issues down the road with our System, however I was not informed of the specific services he performed, since this was supposed to be a tune up for my system, hopefully he did was he was supposed to do, I’ll never know I guess.It would’ve been better if he would’ve given us all the info on the things that he took care of.

Very prompt service, they could always find time for repeat customer. This is my 2nd time hired BarD plumbing, this time for a plumbing leak. They know exactly what’s the issue without asking usual excuses. Thanks to prompt fixing of the leak.

I had another plumbing company shown up for the same issue( provided by home warranty people) . That plumber had no clue what he was talking and asked me hire a demo guy to even assess the leak , what a waste of time.

Out-the-Door Plumbing replaced the water line from street to house. Using their equipment and knowledge, they did this with great efficiency. I would entrust them with any similar task in the future. In addition they are nice people to deal with.MM

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Connor did a great job of fixing our cracked pipe. He showed up right on time, was quick and knowledgeable. We will use roto-rooter next time.

Had them “fix” our toilet. Wasn’t satisfied and they agreed on their 2nd trip they didn’t fully fix the issue. They wanted more money to fix the original issue, plus money for parts. Not happening. Let them leave. Scam artists. Also they didn’t seem interested in doing anything anyways.

Good folks to deal with and you don't have to pay extra for fancy jingles and fancy trucks. Will absolutely use them again. Shop around then call Legacy. Respectful tech and on time. No surprises.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

Called for a simple quote on a sink and toilet install person was very rude and short on the phone... look else where for a plumber !!!!
