Glad I followed our neighbors' recommendations and used these guys. They did a timely, professional job.

The technicians were not the most professional. They changed our faucet and garbage disposal but left everything they pulled out from under the sink on the kitchen floor. They didn't return it to the condition they found it in. They sat at my kitchen table without asking, which is not a big deal, but you should have the courtesy to ask as it is not your home.

Josh ( the technician) was professional respectful and solved the issue. This was an after hour call so am grateful someone came. My only complaint is in order for the job to get warranty I had to pay an additional $400.00 which I opted out. That is to put a camera and check. I was told if I don’t do that they will not take responsibility if anything happened the next day. I feel this is unfair to the customer because the whole work was so expensive. I understand plumbing work is but charging that much to insure the job they did shouldn’t be the client’s responsibility. Also after charging so much to tell someone “ well I don’t give you no warranty if you call me tomorrow I will charge you as a new work order” is unfair.

I had a feeling it would be a great experience when I called to make the appointment and a person answered the phone!!!!! Woody and Ben were extremely helpful, showed up when they said they were going and they immediately saw the challenge, fixed it promptly, and the price was really reasonable. They did a great job for us. Not only got the work done in quick timing, Jimmy also was willing to give me good advice that saved me some money when he could've earned more money for himself. They also came back out on short notice for a second issue. Really appreciate the responsiveness and honest recommendations. Will definitely use them again.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Was able to get same day plumbing service for clogged toilet. Assigned plumber was warm personable, professional & efficient. Fees for service was reasonable w/ warranty. Will definitely use company in future if need arise.
