I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Dalton and Bar D Plumbing. This is the 4th time I have called them and they never disappoint. Dalton is amazing and the best at what he does! Very courteous, friendly, professional and really knows what he is doing. Our latest issue was our 19 year old water heater that finally died. I was freaking out when we found water all over the garage. I called them right away and Jamie was able to send Dalton, who luckily was in the area, to check it out. Two days later I had a brand new water heater installed. They are truly the best in the business and take wonderful care of their clients. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. It is a company I feel you can really trust and rely on and those are very hard to find these days.

Courteous, helpful and timely service

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Anthony was professional and courteous and took the time to go over details of a major repair. I had several other plumbers come to my property and dismiss my issue and not listen to what I was requesting. Rooter Man was professional and prompt. Highly recommend

We had a major plumbing issue and he answered all our questions patiently and in a timely manner. He and his team were professional in all ways including quality, punctuality and responsiveness. It is refreshing to deal with someone that takes pride in their business!

Theron was great. Very professional and personable. Unfortunately, he had to come out 5 separate times in order to get the situation resolved. I was very pleased with his work. What we originally thought was just a clog in the main sewer line ended up causing us to have to replace the entire main line to the house. When I called because my front yard began caving in around the work they had done, the dispatchers/operators didn’t seem to think it was something to worry with and didn’t send anyone out until I had to call two more times over the next 4 days. By the time they sent someone back out, our main line was completely backed up again, our toilet wouldn’t flush, and none of our pipes would drain.Theron came back out and dug our front yard up by hand trying to find the issue. It ended up being an issue with the city sewer line. He was able to get the city out here within an hour and they came back the next morning to get to work digging and repairing their line. Theron even came back the next morning to make sure they were here and getting it taken care of.Like I said, Theron and the other guys that did the work at our house were great. I just wasn’t impressed by the lack of urgency from the operator/dispatchers when I was extremely frustrated. The dispatchers insisted on only sending Theron (because he was “familiar” with our situation) and when he wasn’t available, we had to wait additional DAYS without access to our own toilet or shower.In the future, just send whoever is available to help the customer and relieve the frustration.Theron definitely deserves 5 stars but the people who answer the phone sit at 1 or 2 stars max.

Not cheap, but painlessly efficient.

I hired them for a laundry room installation. Terrible company, terrible management. They gave me a quote and I accepted, then they called me with a higher quote and I said it was out of out budget and started looking for other companies. They came back with a lower quote and since they were referred to me by my contractor I accepted the new quote (slightly higher than the former one). They came in and did the plumbing part, after a couple of weeks it was time to hook up the washer and test it and I called them to hook it up for me. Was initially $55 for the visit only and then it was $65 when I complained about having to pay for them to come to my house to finish the service they started they were rude told me I was lying and I had to pay the fee and hung up the phone on me. Very disrespectful. If you want a smooth sailing project this is not the people for you.

JVG plumbing was excellent! They came within a day to fix a kitchen clog. Very professional! Highly recommend.

Jeffrey did a great job. He was at our place in under an hour to help with our plumbing emergency. He was extremely friendly and communicative as he was working on the repairs. He worked quickly and the price was reasonable! Highly recommend.
