Wow, it's tough to know where to begin! End to end, every aspect of dealing with this company was fantastic. Friendly professional treatment when I called to schedule the job. Prompt arrival of plumber Andy. Excellent, quick installation of a bathroom vanity. Respectful of my home. Did not even track in mud! Very fair pricing. This was my first experience with PlumbServe, and I'm so thankful now for the security of having their number in my phone for life when I need them for other plumbing issues.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

FANTASTIC timely service. We learned that the original install was not done properly which caused our tankless water heater to die a lot faster than it should have. Brand new system installed and peace of mind moving forward! No more cold water!

After three years andd ffive different plummers dealing with the same problem it took 30 minutes to Alex to figure out the problem. We have been trying to resilve a water swer leakage in the crawl area since we moved into the house thee years ago. Who knows what the experience from the previous owner was. After some pipes were replace and a new pump was intalked the problem seemed to be getting worse. Of course thousands of dollars had to be spent involving the insurance company. Thanks Alex for taking the time and using your knowledge figuring out that there was a clig blicking the draining pipe outside the house.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

I highly recommend RTZ and its owner Reagan Thomas. He is smart, professional, and tidy. He responded immediately by phone and gave us a quote within a day. The work was completed in 2 weeks. With all the rain in our area, normally it would take months to schedule companies. Ours was a small job which many contractors avoid, but not Reagan. His price for our French drain that included cutting across our paved driveway was extremely competitive. We also asked him to bid on an adjacent project: rebuilding a storm outlet. We were losing our driveway to sinkholes! Reagan did both projects in 2 days while we were away. We were blown away by how tidy he left the area and how professional the job was done. Again, we highly recommend Reagan for any drainage issue. He knows his stuff and does it right!

As always, the service was great!

The service provided was to replace pipes supplying the gas log fireplace. The exterior piping was severely corroded. The serviceman did a thorough and very professional repair, attending to all aspects of the replacement, improving the safety as well as the appearance of the gas line supplying the fixture. He was knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and took care to be sure that I understood what was involved and that I was satisfied with the work once completed.

I called and spoken with Edwin and he was ready to assist me and get me on the schedule for the next day. I texted him my info and he advised he’d text me when he was 30 mins out. He was polite and very knowledgeable and took great patience in explaining all my options. He cleaned up and moved the appliance back in place. We discussed other work I also needed. Highly recommended and will definitely call them again.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
