David was a life saver! Today, on a Sunday, we had sewage water spewing out of the powder room toilet. He responded to us so quickly! He assessed the problem and cleared the clog completely, inside and in the crawl space. This is not the first time he has solved our plumbing problems. Today Matt came out and installed a new shower drain collar in my guest bathroom. That’s not the right name of it but close enough. He was thorough, professional and fast but efficient. Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.
