I called PlumbServe to look at our sump pump, and a tech came out the next day. He quickly realized that it would need to be replaced (bad motor) and went to work finding a replacement. He also contacted the septic company on our behalf to have them flush out the system. By the end of the following day, the unit had been replaced and we we back in business. They were always very responsive and up front with pricing. Would highly recommend.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

which was amazingly helpful. Curry showed up promptly with the time they told me. He quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed our leak with very little problems. The price for the visit was definitely reasonable. I've been charged way more by other plumbers who were far less effective or clean.

Update: I used Full Stack again. Mitchell was great. Explained everything he did and showed me everything worked with no problems. Great, reliable service again and a reasonable price! If you live in the Pittsboro are, and need plumbing, you gotta use Full Stack.

Mike was on-time, professional and had appropriate PPE gear on when entering my home. Unfortunately, he couldn’t repair the evaporator coil today, and says my warranty has expired so must pay out of pocket.

I had a problem with the mainline drain clog due to a tree root. I called a well-known local business with most Google reviews. The company dispatched a service guy the next day to give me a quote with uncertainty stating that their initial attempt may fail, which would result in over $3000 job. Though I was desperate, I wanted to get a second opinion. I called a couple of other companies but was unsuccessful in getting a service scheduled. Then I finally found Bar D! The service team came to my home in two hours, unclogged the mainline in less than 15 minutes, inspected the pipes using the camera, cleaned out the roots in the system, and then clearly planned out the next steps. Dalton explained everything he was doing, entertained with a video display of the pipe system, and explained the problem in detail. It was a pleasure to work with Bar D. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
