I called them at 715 am and they were here before 9am. Polite and professional pulled out my old water heater in the attic and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Top shelf service.

After Hours Plumbing and Pump Service, Inc. came to my home in Wendell to check out my well pump yesterday afternoon after I put in a service call. Doug Jones, the owner of the company, determined that I needed a new submersible pump. Doug ordered the new pump, 100 feet of pipe and wire and a new well head and switch and gauge for the pressure tank. He arrived early this afternoon with Eric, a service technician and they completed the job quickly. I'm so glad to have water again! I'll be recommending After Hours Plumbing & Pump Service to friends and family! Thanks very much!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

Where do I begin…. 10 out of 10 would use Streamline Plumbing again!! I was so pleased with my experience from beginning to end!! I reached out to a friend who works in the new home construction industry about recommendations for a plumber after I started dealing with a tankless water heater issue, and he immediately suggested I contact Streamline. I was able to schedule a request online and within 12 hours got a call from them to schedule an actual time and they were able to get me in within 2 business days. Woohoo!!On the day of the appt, I received several text messages from Felicia and Autumn with updates on my time and I was fortunately able to message them back as well to give them some of my updates for timing.I had Stephen as my tech who arrived right on time and he was so incredibly helpful and informative! He quickly identified the issue and After further discussion I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. Stephen was great and so professional and I have already sent his card to several friends to advise them about my experience and recommend that they reach out to Streamline for any of their needs! So glad to have all my hvac, plumbing and electrical needs all at one location! Thanks again!

Dalton and the Bar D Plumbing team were amazing! we had to replace our sewer line and they made the whole process so easy. Dalton came out to site, explained everything in detail and prepared a very reasonable quote within no time at all. A1 Electrical did a wonderful job on the electrical work for the renovation of our community kitchen. The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

I chose Legacy Plumbing initially based on online reviews. The first job was small: replacing a kitchen faucet. Joe Hollis was the plumber assigned for that job. I was !@#$%^ impressed with Joe: professionally competent, clean, and literate (presented a well written invoice, reasonably priced). Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...
