I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

When i called for quote, the woman on the phone hung up immediately. It was very rude and unprofessional. It should be a family bushiness. A reputable company wont do that.

Technician was professional and thorough by carefully inspecting the points of issue. The diagnosis and treatment of the problem were carried out very steadily. He diagnosed a further roots in pipeline problem that only a camera technician could detect and resolve. Overall very well done and we muchly appreciate the time taken to come to our house.

Joshua went above and beyond to complete the work in my home. He replaced the kitchen sink, and bathroom tub faucets, removed and treated mold.

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

I, too, have used these guys for over 10 years and have found them to be very competent. They care about their work and the satisfaction of their clients. They replumbed my entire house and definitely stand behind all of their work.

I love Roto Rooter but this was a very bad experience. Technician arrived 45 minutes later than I was told to expect and then didn't start working for at least another 45 minutes. He spent a lot of time on personal phone calls and chatting with me about unrelated topics instead of focusing on the job. I prompted him several times to get to the task. City staff had to be called to help diagnose the problem and when the issue was diagnosed and resolved they and I had to tell him several times to stop snaking and clear up his tools, the job was done.He used inappropriate language in conversation with me multiple times and kept calling me sugar.. I wouldn't hesitate to call Roto Rooter again as long as this gentleman is not the assigned technician.

Did a great job replacing my water heater

I waited a while to write this review to ensure that the toilets Michael and his assistant installed were functional. Needless to say, Michael went above and beyond for me. He has a brilliant mind and it is evident that he is very passionate about his work and customer satisfaction. I needed two toilets installed and a faucet. He showed me two quality toilets that he would recommend I choose from. When I went with the more expensive toilet he did the job for less $$$. He would have charged me a little more if I had went with a cheaper toilet. Either way I would have been spending the same amount no matter which option I chose. I went with the more expensive toilet. Despite the fact that he would have made more if I would have chosen the cheaper toilet, he highly recommended for me to get the best quality one. I value honesty and that is what Michael gave me. He also fixed a chandelier that was hanging to low and in my way (out of courtesy to me). I almost forgot, I had gotten some AC work done and was not confident in their work until Michael took a trip to my attic and assured me at no cost that it looked like they had done a great job. I trusted his advice and it saved me from calling the AC company back to work on the problem a fourth time. I will certainly save Michaels card in my book of handy men. Thank you Michael!

Mr. Chambers was prompt in returning my call, quick to work up an estimate, worked my repair into his schedule, educated me regarding the problem and the options, cleaned up the work area at the end of every day, was trustworthy and hard working and he did an outstanding job. He contacted me frequently to keep me informed every step of the way. I will recommend him with complete confidence.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
