Sam met me at my residence to quote me on a sump pump installation. He had an excellent attitude and was very friendly from the start. The problem at hand was an easy fix and Sam fixed it right away.
Sam was very informative and honest about the price and the pros and cons of performing the major project compared to leaving the issue alone.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

Very good experience with Alfredo O. His bilingualism and biculturalism made a difference with his visit because I was able to speak in Spanish but also because he has the friendliness and attentiveness characteristic of his Latino background. He was able to explain in detail my questions about the UV light. I will request that he performs my service in the Spring

Shelton was excellent! I called him at 9a, and he was at my house by 11:30a. He easily identified what the issue was with my downstairs toilet tank filling up past the water mark and fixed it within 5 minutes. He’s affordable, knowledgeable and extremely kind. If you’re having issues, definitely give him a call!!!

We tried our hand at DIY plumbing and was not successful. Luckily Will the Plumber from Acme Plumbing was able to fix the problem. He was so professional and finished the job quickly. Thanks Will and Acme Plumbing.

I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
