Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Received an email with info on the tech before they came out so I knew who was coming to my home and was also called by the technician to let me know he was on his way. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all of my concerns were addressed. Justin was fantastic! I signed on for their annual plan as well based on the service provided today. They are the best pricing around and customer service was excellent!Update: David came out yesterday for my plumbing check that was included in my annual plan. We went over everything that I needed to get fixed and he was very patient with all of my questions and provided me with tons of information I had no idea about. He came back today to do my repairs (he could have done them yesterday but I requested to get them done today) and made sure I knew what he was doing before he did anything and showed me why certain things require routine maintenance. My water bill had jumped $30.00 and I thought I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Roto-Rooter came to the rescue, determined the problem- small leak in floater--didn't increase costs with unnecessary parts, just replaced what wasn't working. Friendly plumber, efficient service and cleaned up after himself! Very pleased with the work-done. 3 days before Christmas!

These guys did a great job replacing my leaking water heater with a new tankless water heater in my garage. Looks great and it opened up a little more floor space for us. They even cleaned up after themselves!
