I was in a crunch. I'm 73 expecting my first inhouse guest in over a year in a few days and my guest toilet broke. I located a plumbing company that promised next day service but then they canceled that offer the next day and couldn't come until the day after my guest. I immediately contacted PlumbServe and they fitted me into their busy schedule for the next day. The repairman was prompt, friendly and very informative and mostly patient with an old lady explaining everything to me. Besides the toilet he also fixed my bathtub knob that has been falling off for 2 years due to missing screw, looked over my plumbing under my kitchen sink and eased my mind. I would definitely encourage using this company to everyone.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

We had some concerns about tree roots very close to our sewer line and scheduled a camera inspection. Hutch was very pleasant on the phone and was able to schedule the inspection within a few days with Zach. Zach was very professional and polite and told us his findings after the inspection. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We decided to go ahead with the repair and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. He was very respectful of our property and worked very diligently. I didn’t catch the name of the other worker, but he did a fantastic job alongside Zach. They also hydrojettes the line to clean out the buildup. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommended Out the Door Plumbing!

The technicians, Chris and Austin, were professional and very knowledgeable. Within seconds Christ identified the water pressure problem that we were having with our house. Both he and Austin worked quickly and replaced the PRV and the expansion tank. They also fixed a toilet, a repair I requested after they got to my house. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I call on Sunday and talked with Michael, I was given a Monday first thing appointment between 0800 and 1100. They called me at 0930 on Monday and said they had an emergency and asked if they could come Tuesday. Well it is now Tuesday at 1100 and no one has called or shown up. I called and no one would answer so I fired them through a voice message since no one would call or accept my call.
