After Hours replaced an old electric tank heater in an unheated tool shed with new Rheem main + point-of-service tanks in crawl space. In the planning stages, Doug Jones was attentive to our requirements, offered a variety of options, and helped us pick the solution that best fit our needs and budget. Scheduling and communication were excellent. Installation day was a very positive experience. The installation crew was positive, friendly, and willing to explain their work and answer questions. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Remarkably good and honest. Here's one story that illustrates:

- We had raw sewage coming out of our basement drain - the result of some odd plumbing decisions made by a prior owner combined with a grey water system modern houses don't have (our house was built in the 1930s)

- Given the odd setup, the team initially tasked with our house decided to bring in Curry, the firm's owner, for additional perspective. On his first visit (the firm's second), he outlined a fairly extensive (and expensive!) rerouting of the plumbing. We readily agreed to that.

- But Curry acknowledged that he wasn't sure - and asked if he could return again with additional equipment before we moved forward. Of course, we agreed. On his return, Curry was able to identify the odd but generally workable setup that had caused the original problem and confirm that so long as a key pipe that had become blocked up is properly maintained, the multi-day plumbing exercise we'd been braced for was not needed.

Shout out to JR Lane Plumbing. They got the job done for us. Walked us through the entire process of the main water line replacement. They were very knowledgeable and the staff and technicians were reliable, they followed up with us every step of the way. We could not even tell they were at the house to install a new line. Our yard was cleaned up and put back just as before they did their work. Service was a 10!

They replaced my cut off valve, the drain line, dielectric unions, and a new tank. Very professional. Two years later and it works like a champ. Better than I had in the previous 14 years.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

While the time in which Roto-Rooter arrived was far off from the two hour scheduled window of time, the service once arrived was excellent. Our technician in particular was terrific.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! We had an emergency plumbing situation with our water heater at 4:30 am and we called and left our information with the company. We were transferred to someone promptly and they talked us through turning off the water main from the street as the one in the home wasn’t working. It helped us so much and the plumber came out within a few hours and we received text notification when he was on his way. Super helpful and responsive!
