He gave me options and reassurances. I was very impressed at his knowledge and professionalism, and he did leave me with a huge sigh of relief and peace of mind. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

The best recommendation is what a company does if there is an error.The initial estimate and detail for repair didn’t make sense and I called Blanton’s with my concerns and they agreed on a new service visit.They sent Jaco, a more experienced plumber who correctly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs same day. The repairs and adding a prv to protect this old house were less than the original estimate and added value and will help maintain our home.Excellent customer service from the office, scheduling, and the plumber that completed the service visit. I would definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Lane Plumbing is the only plumbing company we’ve used for over 10+ years. The staff is awesome and their work is out of this world. They have done work from simple drain clog to major water line replacement for us. They are very reliable and committed to their work. In my opinion there’s not enough stars to rate this company.

It was a pleasure working with Josh to get our water heater replaced. Josh is professional, punctual, communicates extremely well, and transparent. We were quoted by several companies with packages that were obviously severely overpriced but I felt Josh's quote was a fair one. The installation went without issue and Josh was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful tips for the future without pushing sales. I'd recommend dynamic plumbing to anyone and if you're near the Mebane, Burlington, Graham area no need to look anywhere else.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care. These guys know what they are doing and I couldn't recommend them more highly! A very happy customer, KP.

I've used Jayk's twice - once to install a toilet, and once to help with a smelly sink faucet - I received fantastic service both times, and would highly recommend Jayk for your plumbing needs. Wayne 3112 did an excellent job at providing services for our home! We have been battling draining issues and have spoken with multiple people but Wayne came out and did a quick and professional job and now our sink is draining! Great work!!!

Last year I had some plumbing work done and after a few months, I realized that the work that had been done was poor quality, and it didn't fix the problem. A week or so ago, I decided to try and find a new plumber. I asked everyone in our neighborhood who they used, and they all said to call Mike at Durham Plumbing Services - everyone I spoke to said great things about his service and his prices. I called Mike last week on a Wednesday and he said that he could come out any time. He came out on a Saturday to diagnose my problem, gave me an estimate, and as of yesterday, the work was done and everything looks and works great.

Mike is professional, timely, and he answered all of my questions. He also guarantees his work, which is something that made me feel great about using his services. He let me know that if something stopped working, or in my case, if the pipes continued to rattle and squeak, he said he'd come back and fix it at no extra charge.

I'm very pleased with his work, and I'll absolutely use his services again in the future.

Prompt, communicative, easy to work with!

Replaced my hot water heater (and all the other things needed when the old one wanted to develop a rust hole and become a fountain). Did it efficiently and quickly, very professional. Used them again to change out bathroom faucets and will be using them when I get ready to do the other bathrooms.

After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my regular plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
