Incredibly prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

The service these guys give is top notch. Not only are they professional but they are personable. They get the job done in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost with excellent work. You really can't go wrong hiring these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and handy. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs!

The service providers from Blanton's (Tremaine and Antonio) were so skilled and professional, they arrived in time, worked cleanly and considerately to our home, kept us informed on our repiping project (replacing polybutylene water lines with PEX) and putting a new sink in our garage. Their work was very high quality. Would recommend them without reservation, top notch!

Although finding the leak was hard, Jeremy and Jared were wonderful. (I hope I got your names correct... two J’s)
They worked hard until the job was finished. Thank you!!

Josh is a fantastic plumber. Super professional, polite, and great at what he does. Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

Told Eddie what was going on and he already seemed to know what the problem was. He came to the house and fixed the problem quickly.

Total plumbing is the last plumbing service you’ll ever need! Reagan and his crew are great to work with. They’re friendly, professional, and do exceptional work at a fair price. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Water leak in front yard. Started out like most plumbing jobs - talked to a plumber on Sunday then waited at home all day Monday for him to call or show up. Of course, neither. Tuesday morning I called Jayk's. He was there in less than half an hour, shovel in hand. He patched the water line, zip, zip, then stayed quite a while to check and insure there wasn't another small leak. Charge was quite reasonable for what I would call emergency response.
We left the hole open so I could continue to watch for accumulation. By late afternoon Wednesday, after a few light showers, there were a couple of inches in the bottom of the hole. I called and said they had missed one. They spent another hour on Thursday checking both water and sewer lines. No problems found. Its apparently just ground water seepage, thank goodness. But wait! No charge for the second visit! So if you're looking for someone who cares about your problem and about what it should cost to fix, call these guys. I certainly will.

Will was super friendly and found my problem fast! He replaced my water pressure regulator, which had failed, and it has immediately addressed my crummy water pressure. A great experience all around!

This would be a five star but the cost was crazy expensive, $265 plus parts and taxes to replace a couple of connectors. Even with the $40 we discount my total was $250.The real 5 star goes to the plumber that came with in the window. He offered a ton of knowledge and was willing to suggest a few things to look into down the road since our house is getting a little older. For a team that is nice and able to get to your house quick they are your team.If you are looking for something to fit in a smaller budget then expect a wait and try looking else where.

Jeff did a great job fixing a leak in our kitchen sink. We were able to get same day service which was awesome. Jeff was personable, professional and worked quickly to do our repairs. Would highly recommend him and this company.

We have a well and we’re losing water pressure. XPRT Plumbing responded quickly and replaced our pressure tank and made great suggestions for a home filtration that we will use them for also. Very professional and affordable.

They installed a new HVAC in 2018 and did an adequate job. Today they came out to diagnose an issue with the air handler blower motor not running properly. It was still under warranty according to the quote I signed which had a five-year parts warranty on the inside air handler and ten-years on the outside condenser. The technician was very professional and friendly. He determined the capacitor for the blower motor was weak and needed to be replaced. He quoted a warranty replacement price of $226, which was for labor basically. The capacitor itself probably costs around $15 so they are charging over $200 for five minutes' worth of labor to unplug the old capacitor and plug a new one back in. That's in addition to the $89 service call, which he said covers testing of the unit, although he admitted it wouldn't be worth testing the outside condenser and refrigerant levels since the fan was not operating properly on the inside. I understand they are in business to make money but charging such an outrageous price for a simple repair for a customer who has spent money with them on a new system before is unacceptable. I will know who NOT to call for any future HVAC business and I recommend you stay away from them as well.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.
There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
