Our water was not working and Shawn came right over! He was so quick to come inspect the pipes at our office which is an old house in Wake Forest. The house is very old and has a tight crawl space but Shawn was able to check all out pipes immediately find the issue, order us the parts and get us on PlumbServe's repair schedule! I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. I called them at 7:30 pm about a leaking water heater. The next morning they provided a quote and by 2:30 that afternoon they had replaced the old water heater and brought the system up to code. The manager and owner were on site and provided excellent customer service. They are a great local company doing business the right way.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.
